Dear Colleagues,
Its Annual Appraisal Time. Yes, the most stressful time in the year for any Employee. It’s the time when the Managers have the upper hand and the Team Member is at the “Receiving” end.
This the time, when the Managers Play The Record Of The Past and list out each and every Tasks missed, many a times even with dates and month in which it was missed. Especially for something none of us can do anything about it, as its already passed by.
A discussion that results only in NEGATIVITY & STRESS benefitting None.
So, What do True Leaders Do ???

A point you made is the GDP of China. It takes a hit, "but would bounce back rapidly". I for one believe that the Chinese will be in for a tougher future. The face of China it's government shows is of a fairly affluent citizenry. So domestic consumption is going to be stagnant. While on other hand, the economy being export based, the products will no longer be welcome to countries across the world due to Corona. What's more, production bases are being shifted out of China out of fear. Neither is the trillion dollar reserves that China has is going to cut ice now. No country will welcome them to fall in their debt traps they have already shown. So, who takes the advantage of such a situation? INDIA!!
Yes, India for sure, is in very advantageous position. Though we will take longer time to recover, "slowly but surely", as a much stronger economy.
