What happened were the rest
If the shafs spin as they usually do. Drill a small hole and insert a pop rivet . It holds the shaft . Worked Everytime for me
Hope all is well. Been missing your content lately. Hope you come back
What did you put on the needle bearing for a lubricant, I just rebuilt mine and after I put it together and started running it a friend said to take it back apart and pack it with grease like a wheel bearing or it'll ruin the bearing
It should get lube from oil in gearbox. Bearing on other end of drum gets greased
What the hell did they do to bust the teeth in the gear box??!!! I know I'm WAAYYY late to this video, but that looked like it would've been a whole lot easier to flip the cab/ROPS forward for MUCH easier access to those parts. Just want to understand, so there was an oiling issue that wiped out the gearbox?
God almighty your videoing is absolutely atrocious. It almost gave me vertigo watching with how much everything was shaking. Thumbs down from me
I didnt catch the part number on the package. Is this for a rzr800s? Mines a 2009
Where can I order these parts from? I need to reseal the winch brake cylinder on my TJ330
I have 2 of these. One is a runner. The other is parts but i might be able to get it going. Found it in a junk yard but water had gotten to it.
Another question I have is if I have the injectors broke lose should they just pull out even if they seem stuck or do I need a puller?
you may need a slide hammer or something to break them loose. i got a harbor freight one found a metric nut matching injector thread and weld to a not matching your slide hammer thread and try to pop them out.
I'm going through the same shit right now all because of one pump leaking I can't get to the top bolt from the bottom
Order the parts catman
try from the top remove seat and control levers may give better access
Worst shit ever... You can still find these things in great condition with low miles because they SUCKED. Most seem to have been used for a season, and then put away and forgotten.
to what depth should you set the separator piston rod in the front and rear shock absorbers?
I don't remember pretty sure I found a service book somewhere online
Thanks for the video! My piston rod is stuck in the cylinder, it just seperate the upper body part instead of the cylinder… any advices?
How much wood can you process in an hour Shifty?
Thanks I'm needing to do this to mine at some point Thanks
thanks for watching.
Like your video good job 👌 I need to do the same thing on mine may I ask where you got your seal kit?
Harold's logging in maine is real good with timberjsck parts. They can ship parts anywhere
You have part number for hydraulic filters?
Where did you get the brass bushings from?
mc master carr
@@RinkyDinkMachineShop thanks
Enjoyed the video. Waiting for my table. Thanks
Better job on the music this time! 👍✌️
What creates vacuum to pull the air/fuel into the combustion chamber?
Thanks for highlighting a common problem with living the Sachs Rotary. Yah can’t just stick any old plug on there. It needs to be the right reach. You are lucky if you didn’t chip the apex seal.
And what type of oil did you use?
Where can we order the parts? Is there a specific complete rebuild kit ?
im retired from the Navy. Loved the intro, +sub +like +bell

Getting ready to repair grapple cylinder in a 1997. 360 Timberjack.... wish me luck
Well done
How much oil do you put in them and did you use air or compressed gas to recharge them
Floating piston sets the oil level then nitrogen gas is behind pistin. If that makes any sense
That’s interesting 🤔 wow! Great job 🤩👋👍
Boil them a few hours in a pot of water and simple green. Do that twice and rinse the third round with plain water.
Love the great content! My remote batteries aren’t lasting very long though due to adjusting the volume all the time… 😳😔
Nice work!
That's awesome 👌. Thanks for the videos brother
thanks for the kind words. glad you enjoy
Nice bro

Thanks again for the videos. I would love to drop off my T30A winch and have you go through it.
T30A, Thats the Timberjack version of the Gearmatic isnt it? With the external brake cylinder? I Think 240B's came with those? But Not Sure
Thank you for your video. Got the same problem i need to adress on my 225 whit 2x Eaton winch. Best regards Norway.
You are welcome!
Good video, pity about lack of audible sound!!
thanks, i use the cheapest video cameras i can find.
Nice your rod had no bad spots. Most have some nicks from the years of hard life in the woods.
thanks for watching gary
Love your series on this Timberjack…I just purchased a 1974 230d….where did you order your seal kit from ?….and how did you figure out which seal kit you needed….thanks for your time….Jeff
i get parts from CJ logging little valley ny, slimak engines brookville pa or Harolds logging supplied camdem maine. seal kits bought both and returned one o did not use.
Thank you Jeff
