Excuse the poor sound quality but my light has quite a loud fan but a few people have asked for an acoustic sound of this guitar (ie not plugged in) so here it is. Canon M50 , 22mm lens wide open at F2. ISO 100.

FFCFAF (GGDGBG) what a tuning ! It's really a low open G tuning isn it. I wonder if JM liked Joni Mitchell as she used a similar tuning in Michael of the mountains . I love this song as I do many JM songs. Thanks for posting
On the Official John Martyn Website you can find many open tunings that John used. For Tree Green, the tuning was an open G major DGDGBD.
