TIL learned that SECAM can exhibit red noise in the image, it's "fire", when the signal is weak (quite visible in the black color bar on the far right). Fascinating, being here in the NTSC US. :) NTSC looks pretty much just like the PAL example pictured, for weak signal performance--save for possible hue shifts for NTSC in those reception conditions (especially if there's multipath reflections too), hence it's moniker Never Twice the Same Color. :)

OK! I noticed I catch GMA Cebu 7 in Tacloban back then I catch it with rabbit ears antenna. Signal is not good because I lived 160 km away from the receiver (259kW ERP in Cebu) and there is no interference from cable TV

Don't know why but these old Analogue videos have something to them that makes them slightly more creepy then Analog horrors themselves, Maybe its the channels switched to points that make you feel unsettled due to just a lack of sound or ending up on a channel with nothing but one word of messaging.

I have analog tv in my village in turkey,some channels do not work though,the television brand is BEKO.

So what you got is some cabaret, Naked Attraction, an old Japanese movie, and two far-right "news" channels... And all of this while the other end of Poland has been suffering badly from deadly floods. Interesting... Nonetheless, good catch! 👏
