Cesar Romero was so handsome and that mustache was tops. No wonder he refused to shave it off! He actually had a long narrow face but the mustache made it not appear so. Especially suave in his whole demeanor.

Ask the owner of El Encanto in Havana ( if he is alive) the reputation of Cesar Romero. everybody knows in Havana they were a gay couple, only that at that time things managed to different that know. Cesar Romero made Power to buy him very expensive ties at El Encanto, he was like his pimp. See Rock Hudson, see Gary Cooper, Ted Hunter, etc etc etc etc. Please it is time to unveil the truth, that is not longer a problem that was before, it is just a life style, a sexual preference. I don’t know for Romero, what he was looking for, but Tyron Power, he was gay 100 % and a tormented one, a great actor, dedicated to his career and died ,for me , very young in his 40’s. Stop the hypocrisy, the truth is marching on.

Too bad Power died so suddenly at only 44. Rumors about Power's alleged homosexuality circulated for years, but nothing was ever proven. Lana Turner had a passionate affair with Power in the late 1940s. In her autobio she states: "It has been said there was a homosexual element in Tyrone's personality, but I never saw it." Oh well, who could be gay with Lana Turner around?

When the celestial stars align, magic happens. The golden age of Hollywood was one of those eras. Cesar was an example. What class and presence.

Looked very dashing at this age.

The measure of Cesar Romero was more his care of his family than his career which was also impressive. It seems that he was a devoted son, brother, and uncle. This selflessness and charity is rare.

Cesar was about to comment about Tyrone's marriage to Linda Crystal, but Skip kept interrupting him with other questions. I would have loved to have heard his commentary, his perspective on that relationship.

Cesar seemed to have a great memory.

Another great performance by Cesar Romero, and this story was great ... some of the same treachery, but with good twists and turns. Loved this one! Thanks for posting.

The Cisco Kid films are all fun. For me, this is the best of the Cesar Romero series. He's great, as always, and the story, costumes and sets are all superb. Thanks for posting this and all of them. Muchas Gracias!

If I was being interviewed by this clown and he asked me a question, I would reply with, I’d love to answer you but I’m not able to because, before I answer you, you’ll cut me off with another stupid question, which proves your not listening to my answer. But, I’m afraid I wouldn’t even be able to get that reply out without being cut off. How this guy ever got to be an interviewer, I’ll never know! There was one guy who came close to punching this clown in the mouth during an interview. And that was Lawrence Tierney. See if you can find the interview and watch it, you’ll see what I mean. Skippy came very close to getting a crack. But he was too stupid to realize that. Which means, he’s not good at picking up on human subtleties. To do that, you gotta pay attention to the entirety of a person. Their words, their facial muscles, their feelings. With Skippy, it’s all about him. He sucks at interviewing.

Nothing beats Classic Hollywood. I'm 61 and watch nothing but Classic westerns and classic movies. Today's Hollywood is a Toilet Bowl.

Some of the more serious segments of this unique movie are funnier than the comic sequences. This scene is camp at its purest; it gets even better afterward when Shakespeare comes in.
