Thanks for checking this out! I'm pretty sure the reason why this is slow is due to CharmsBarPort, which causes the CPU usage to skyrocket (This has been noted in the "Known Issues" section with a fix); Interestingly enough, when you look at Task Manager, the main culprit seem to be Windows Defender actually.
Remove Windows Defender bro, it's not in the actual Windows 8 RP. Also please remove that broken-ahh settings app please!
@Windows_Guy You can still restore the stock Settings app just by renaming "ImmersiveControlPanel10" in the Windows directory.

For Windows 10 use LTSC; For Windows 11 get Windows 11 22H2/23H2

At this point just download windows 10 or stick to normal version of 11... This mod has even more bugs and problems than regular 10 and 11...
It literally has a better Ui and stability for both Windows 10 and 11 worlds And the normal 11 is just trash in My opinion normal 10 too
