Klaatu "The Loneliest of Creatuers" "Prelude"
The first song reminds me of church bells. Jesus is my lighthouse keeper ❤
Ele é inesquecível! Obrigada por nos privilegiar na saudade de quem só nos falou ao coração com alegria e sorrisos que ficaram em nossos sonhos.
Now how is it that... I wasn't going to cry. Honestly. Aw man. You know, not a day goes, not a second goes by... & still I wonder why am still here sometimes. Dammit, I miss you. So very much.
Bacharach the best !!!
Zelda inspiration?
They were making music before Zelda
@@senortenpiedad8515 i know right, what I meant is : did the zelda theme was inspired by this legendary song
Many video game composers have expressed their love for early prog rock. It's entirely possible Koji Kondo had listened to Klaatu.
Just another great band from Toronto.

The April Fools. Jack Lemmon and Catherine Deneuve.
Master piece , it blows my mind ,
A true Beatles fan can definitely scout some deep resemblances to their vocals. English accents, listen to Klaatu Hope album!! Definitely sounds like George Harrison. These albums came out when all of those crazy new synthesizers came about. Even if it were the Beatles, they would not want that revealed, that may have been a huge point. There are many erie ties to song titles, album art and even sounds like Linda Mc Cartney in alot of these songs. To me, the Beatles were best at playing mind games with the media and they knew they could get away with it. I dont know for sure and im sure the only ones who do are the very ppl that created this music. I think its way too evolved for 3 Canadians and the London Orchestra is even in there. Just way too deep lol. Either way ppl will believe what they want to believe, also there has been known cover ups in the music industry and anyone could have been paid off to keep the secret or cover it up as an intention. The Beatles were so massive then, they may very well have went underground to create the most insane awesome music ever!!
バカラックは、いい曲だそうだ!❤😂🎉
they were not beatles. They were much better
At their peak, honestly yes. This album is stronger than every Beatles record. I don't think there is a band that was as consistently great as the Beatles though.
This album is better than half the beatles catalog
I'd say the "Hope" album is far superior as an album, to any albums the Beatles ever released (perhaps the only contender would be the White Album, but that is still not as good as Hope)... but you can't deny the fact the Beatles pretty much influenced everything that came after them
Me 2!!!😅🎉🎉🎉❤
my beautiful friend lives in france. beautiful lady Flora B
The world is missing Burt Bacharach ! His music will live on forever !❤❤❤
Been listening for years great songs!
I miss you Sweetie
oh how i would love to hear this live by a big orchestra. Participating with the saying would be even be better.
So beautiful… even without the lyrics… so sentimental… so lovely… so sweet and gentle… so tender…. So Bacharach! I miss you Burt!💕🙏
Totally the most under appreciated band
100%
loved this band since my sister bought me this album for xmas when we were oh so young
That’s right
You were the love of my life. I wait to be with you again.
Burt Bacharach never 'wrote' a single song....HE (BIRTHED) each song with only his DNA and like only 'he' could do.....thats why each one was special....!.
In an "April Dream", I ascended to heaven with you - Burt. Gone, but never forgotten. May all the angels in heaven sing for you!
Touched by God
It's just such beautiful music. RIP.Burt. Yes ♥️❤♥️❤
Burt Bacharach AMAZING
Actually one of my favorite songs of his.❤❤❤
from my memory, a gently felt film. Lemmon, Lawford, Deneuve. "I think there should be something on it."
Thank you so much.
Espetacular aos domingos nos reunimos dançar e curtir
Sorry not going to make it to Paris this year😔
Thank you, Burt Bacharach, for the many years of the most beautiful music. RIP ♥️♥️♥️
Rest in peace, Burt. Thank you for the music you gave this world. April Fools is my favorite.
😪🕊🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Prelude is one of my favorite instrumental pieces of music I've ever heard. The operatic ending of Loneliest Of Creatures is also chill inducing.
I agree.. I allways returning to This Album! It is a truly Masterpiece! 😉👍
Haruki Murakami zengin bir müzik arşivi oluşturuyor bizlerde Karanlıktan sonra kitabında geçen 3 müzikte birbirinden güzeldi Türkiye'den Murakami hayranlarına selamlar
They're like Abba, ELO, and the Beatles all rolled into 1
And The Alan Parsons Project
Replace Abba with Pink Floyd

Música simplesmente épica
*¡enjoyed at 1:17 pm Pacific Standard Time on Monday, 7 November 2022!*
Different time, and awesomeness, lol
I again listening To This Masterpiece - 8th March 2:09 2023 in Sweden!
Good old Beatles story... We loved the idea back then. The approximate, the mists above... no one knows anything specific. But there was something fascinating about the thought. From the middle the piece has something almost classical, like Peter Gabriel with Genesis in 'Selling England by the Pound'. The volume is classic. In both pieces a whole orchestra throws its power!!! That really opens the ears and the mind. Klaatu may not be Peter Gabriel... but their sound also has its own goodness. ...And look for something like this today... Much luck
best band ever
@@zwlw 😅 There are hundreds of "best bands ever".
Thing is, they sound nothing like the Beatles... maybe John Woloschuk's vocals sound somewhat similar to a cross between Paul and George, but that can be said of many artists (for example Elliott Smith, or Alex Chilton when he was in Big Star, and it is said about my own music sometimes too)... other than that, I can't believe people thought they were the Beatles... listen to any of Dee Long's songs, and he sounds more like Marc Bolan imo That said, the way I found out about Klaatu was the UA-cam video about how they were mistaken for the Beatles, that was what led me to them (and possibly many other younger fans like myself), so it's not all bad
@@thomascraymer8712 I found them on our local AOR station back in the 70's. WQUT-FM out of Johnson City, Tenn. But all you had to do was listen to them a little and it's definitely not the Beatles.
@@JameyEddy I'd never even heard of Klaatu and found them off some Beatles page or something... glad I did... Klaatu are awesome
...Und such so etwas heute... Viel Glück
Wonderful music, I love it!
Contrary to Joseph below, as a musician, songwriter, and producer, I've always thought this song was absolutely brilliant, like a symphonic composition with multiple movements. Loony? Perhaps, but that was what made it so mind-blowing. You didn't know what was coming next!
Totally agreed !
FANTASTIC
I listened to this album because this band was secretly thought to be the Beatles. Personally I don't see it so far, but I've only listened to a couple songs. It's definitely unique, but mostly just weird and I say this as a musician. Lastly the song was interrupted in the middle for commercial. Couldn't commercial be done before the song or after? Why does UA-cam have to bust a song up in the middle. Absolutely no one on earth wants to listen to music This Way. It's a kin to your favorite song having the major section deleted in order to fit the three minute cookie cutter song.... Whoever put this commercial in the song is very disrespectful. They want you to hear and don't care how they do it.
I don't see it either, they are more close to Queen than the Beatles.
Music, like all art forms, is subjective and often abstract. "Weird"? Please stop. As for commercials in the middle of songs, it hasn't occurred to you that the subscription format for virtually ALL streaming formats is akin to blackmail? In the 70s and 80s NO ONE would've tolerated these media marketing models. "Pay a subscription fee or we'll annoy the hell out of you!" And it's worse if you do a free trial and then don't subscribe. Their business models are punitive and consumers put up with it.
