Hello! Where did you buy the Balljoint installation?
Wow those colors are ugly
Quello che fai su quella e46 e perché ne sei innamorato un lavoro che in BMW rimangono stupiti
Thanks)
Do the rear subframe bolts just float? The holes in the rear subframe bushings are so much larger
why do you disconnect the wheel hub why not drop it all at once?
I will be restoring them any way. So why not disconnect it right now? The whole subframe will be easier to remove
So, what's next?
Did you watched all the series?)
И хавье панкакейс -> I have pankakes😂😂😂😂😂😂
Приятно слушать русский мат😂работа супер!!!!
Mekanic!
Thats me) thanks
😊поприколу 🎉
I see you haven’t welded reinforcements plates on the chassis, the poly bushings will rip the crap out of your chassis without reinforcement…
First. Not. Second. I did not install poly bushings. Third. Learn subject before leave a comment
@@mekanic3769 my bad, tought you installed poly bushings, but still you shoul ve welded some reinforcement plates while there
again, check PFL FL differencies. They fixed weak subframe mount point on FL chassis. And check how metal looks on my video. You would do more bad than good by trying to reinforce it.
I had so much trouble getting the diff bush out (over 30 hours) but i froze it to go in and I put it in by hand
Nice trick)
Looks great! How many Newtonmeters for axle shaft tightening at 34:44 ? Thank you
Thanks. Ohh man, sorry i don't remember
Excellent, but how long did the whole project take, please answer, thank you.
Year. But it was in suspended state because of the life status. Actual work time i think around 6 months.
i had exactly the same thing when doing the parking brake cables, i couldnt get them out, couldnt get them in, and when i had them in, they had to be the other way around. I had to do it on the ground in the rain.
Ooooh fuck)) nightmare. Did you secceed after all?
@@mekanic3769 yes but it did take longer than, i thought it would.
My E85 is destined for this treatment. I'm buying everything second hand, then refurbishing, so I can replace the entire assembly in one. I don't have a garage and it's my main car for now so, this is the way 😊 Great work though man! Kudos to you 👌
Ohhh, it's hard without garage. Good luck with your car man)))
Currently doing my rear inner and outer arch work on my e46 m3, not cheap.
Rust?
@@mekanic3769 Yes
What size compressor do you use.
It's 100L size with 680L performance. But it's overkill for this job.
@@mekanic3769 what size would you recommend for sandblasting?
400+ performance with 100 volume. If you planning sand blasting maybe that's not an overkill then. I mean in video it was one time job with not much of a rust.
Ya .installed the crush sleeve on upside down.watch video
It's identical from both sides
All that work n no Polly upgrade 😮
No need for are polyurethane bushings for public road car
Very nice video. How can you modify the backlash from 0.12 to 0.08 ? Thanks
New bearings
Why wasn’t it repaired after blasting & before powder coating 🤯🤯🤯🙈🙈🤷♂️
Side company made a coating before it wasn't obvious
Just a piece of advice. The bearing must not be hit with a hammer during installation. They harden the surface of the bearing. The surface may be damaged. You can only squeeze. By the way, precise work.
One week later......... Timing chain snaps.....
good content event
The same happened to me with febi rear diff bush, leaked out in first 5 seconds of installation 😅 - I send it back and get refund, once leaking don't think is a good idea to be used anymore...
Nice 👍🏻
☺️
Beautiful 🙏👌🤩
Thanks)
Отличная работа, приятно посмотреть! 🛠️
Спасибо за приятный комент)
@@mekanic3769 посмотрел все серии, с умом сделано! Сейчас те же самые манипуляции произвожу.

Awesome work and guideline! 👏I'm doing exactly the same work right now on my E46. A good hint would be to finish refurbished suspension parts with dry wax to make them last longer 😃.
Thanks) didn't think there is so much 46s under repair)
looks absolutely beautiful!
Thanks man
Hey man, when can i see you on the road of the city of Mogilev ?😃
hehehe) already. near Kazimirovka Park City time to time)
Your channel is gonna be massive one day, amazing quality. I was super surprised you had so little subscribers!
it would be cool. thanks)
Looks great, keep doing more videos. It’s worth the effort. I’ll be working on my 330ci this weekend. Your example looks cool. Respect from England. ❤👍🏼🏁😊
Thanks for your warm words) good luck with your bimmer)
I want a guy like you for my car 😅 Brilliant work! 👍🏻
😏
Brilliant stuff. It’s never ending with these E46’s. I bet there is still so much left to change and restore lol
Hah)) true)
where did you get the zinc bolts
There is a company in Minsk which sendblasted and zink plated it(and all other metal). I bet in every big city is)
Hello! What do you mean final? When part 7??
i need less relieble car for that)
@@mekanic3769 hello, when car 2?
any fear / thoughts on e46 chassis cracking if that is a thing that might come to haunt someday?
It was one of the main reason to start this job. You can check chassis conditions on the video. It is ideal. Because of that i leave it as it is. Usually this disease comes for prefacelift cars
@@mekanic3769 i have may 2000 330ci and it was propper fooked, it had cracks then someone welded plates on it, few years later close to 40 spotwelds holding RACP were blown off and detached. I cut up most of the car from inside like onion and repair all cracks, spotwelds and build crossmenber / strutbar from 60x40 and 50x30 steel tubes connecting mounting points to framerails and re done plates on under. Bit angry at myself i was sucker for PFL coupes and deemed FL ones not pretty enough
the same opinion about FL vs PFL. because of that i bought prefacelift headlights and fenders) still not installed though.
RESPECT!!!!
thanks)
This is awesome man I am planning on doing same exact job on my e46 323ci
Thanks man) good luck with your car
awesome cars respects good care
Hi. What was the make of the tools used to pull out the bushing? Thanks in advance...edit: is it the KS Tool set?
Sup. It is cheapest possible set from CIS local seller) It barely have a name
How do u remove the trailing arm from the knuckle
man im not understand you. Knuckle is a part from front suspension
no merece la pena hacer ese trabajo, te vas al desguace compras un puente, menudo trabajazo que podrias haber invertido en otra cosa
It's just your opinion, man 🙈
Vete al desguace a por un puente trasero, eso esta comido por el oxido

Crazy job ❤ awesome
😘
Well done man, awesome job! Why dont you use a gasket?
Thanks man, i didn't find gasket for sale.
BMW discontinued gaskets on diffs.
