🚨 Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s highlight reel! 🚨 The carnivore diet isn’t a race-it’s your journey to better health. 🥩💪 Everyone adapts differently, and comparing your progress to others only creates unnecessary stress. Think your ‘healthy’ snack is helping you? Think again. Most ‘all-natural’ and ‘protein-packed’ snacks are just marketing traps loaded with hidden sugars, seed oils, and gut disruptors. Let’s talk about what’s really behind that label. #TruthInNutrition #DitchTheSnackTraps #CarnivoreDietTips

    Please stop using "the Brain" as the scapgoat. We all have choice, Blaming. the brain is just another victim mentality that is propagated by Science so they can sell you books, the Media to keep you fear ull and tune into thier programs and social media . the people of the past who did great things knew nothing about the brain, and yet they still did great things dispict of their cirmstances. Not to be preaching, I had terrible Brain Injury, and I feel right into the traps that Science and the Media and the GURUS. try to see you. God didn't design tus o know anything about the Brain. Use your intuition and not your thinking mind. Everything you need to know is in the Bible. Read it allow yourself to filled with the wisdom. No hypnosis, no nlp, No Gurus, no the next maybe this person has the answers. None of that,. As I walk through the valey of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil. Gurus can't sell you BIBLES AND MAKE ANY MONEY off it...Everything has its source the Bible is our source code. I wish you the Best. God Bless.

    Funny thing most choosing “carnivore” diet forget is prey was usually eaten whole. When it wasn’t the guts of prey were consumed first. Basically they meant you got your veg mostly by eating poop

    My biggest hold back is price, but I'm thinking about just kind of starting a bit of a dirty carnivore with a lot of ground beef and cheap cut so I can eat more meat.

    • @jessoarbepowerfull
      @jessoarbepowerfull 2 дні тому

      Dirty carnivore isn't about types of meat or cost, it's more about including loads of dairy and even some non-carnivore foods - you can stay strict carnivore eating affordable meats like chuck roast, ground meats, etc.

    • @mikeaeli
      @mikeaeli 2 дні тому

      @@kelseyjenson9625 nothing wrong with ground beef and eggs. Carnivore is actually cheaper than other ways of eating because you don’t snack, and are not always looking for something else to eat. Best thing you can do is start strict at least 30 days, but I would recommend 90days so you’re really fat adapted and have a good baseline for how you feel before adding things back in.

    I’m extremely satiated with small meals on strict carnivore. Except when I have pork rinds; that always makes my food noise come back and I overeat to the point that I’m physically stuffed and can’t move; yet I’m still not satiated.

    Girl you are telling my story!!!!! For me this has been about mind and body healing of severe addiction and inflammation from ultra processed foods. Probably 50 years worth!! I’m 52 and I don’t remember a time in my life that I have not felt an absurd level of excitement in regards to processed foods. I’ve done IT ALLLLL in terms of the world view of “ dieting”, meds to cure inflammation, alllllll that crap! The only healing came through facing withdrawal from sugar and carbohydrates and reducing my intake to absolutely zero sweet tastes. My mind has been transformed and forced to face every uncomfortable feeling and walk through it without food comfort. I am doing 30 days beef, butter, salt and water and am on day 21. I have felt times of nausea simply from being incredibly bored of beef only. (Not nausea like this is making me sick) but it took this level of restriction to overcome the addiction, get in touch with actual true physical hunger. Dude you do not respond to mental or emotional hunger when you’re only option is to eat beef lol Been in keto world intermittently since 2019. First true round with carnivore. Not planning to attach my name to any labels for the long haul. End game is to end the relationship with ultra processed foods and carbohydrates and create a healthy relationship with actual food. I may end up fitting the label of keto or carnivore, maybe even ketovore, but I will never carry any label that defines me. I just know that the carnivore practice (along with an extreme trust in God who led me to this), has cured me of a 50 year long battle with my weight, sugar& carb addiction and inflammation. I will take a little boring in exchange for feeling like I feel in the silence of the chatter that’s lived in my head my entire life. It’s extreme because guess what? So is addiction….👌🏻💃🏻🏆

    • @mikeaeli
      @mikeaeli 8 днів тому

      Add warm water to warm bacon grease and invert the jar. Let it cool and the grease floats to the top, and the dirty chunks fall to the bottom with the water. When you open the lid, you can flush out the impurities that would make your bacon grease go bad faster otherwise

    Carb (sugar) addiction is real. Triggers from sweet tastes activate in the brain's reward system and occur at the Mu-Opiod and the D1 and D2 Dopamine receptors. This can lead to addiction. Plus as others have stated CPIR is activated just from tasting and even anticipating something sweet which has an affect on Insulin and glucose intolerance.
