I like your results, from all your texlax videos including this one but I think the reason your hair is so tangled is because you did not took the time to detangle your hair before you texlax and also did not partial hair in 4 or 6 to make it easier to spread the texlax.

Get rid of that brush. It has small gaps between the bristle and ball tip and will snag. I use a detangler comb first then the brush.

It looks really good imo. I'm actually surprised Ors has a lye based texturizer on shelves now. They usually keep that for their professional version, but I guess the concentration is pretty low for it to not burn even after being left on for more than 20 minutes.
