There was no other engine like it and never will be in a mass produced affordable car. Don’t want to hear about Porsche CGT or LFA that cost 5x-10x. Add SMG to the mighty s85 v10 and you have a masterpiece. For some that owned one you remember. Car was always an event.

S85 weren’t bad as long as you knew how to keep it. First off, they are meant to warm up. The 10W-60 oil was very thick and most owners mashed on them cold, causing the unmerited bearing failure issue. Proper maintenance was key and they are just fine.

Everyone talking shit ab the starter location while Toyota, Caddilac (gm) and Porsche have all done it, if you think its a bad location you must not be very handy because its literally just pulling the intake manifolds.
