E.J. Hadaway was established in 1919 when founder Jack Hadaway opened a blacksmith shop in North Melbourne servicing local companies with hot forged steel products. Almost 100 years on and the Hadaway family employs over 20 people and continues to be acknowledged for their ability to continually provide industries such as Mining, Rail, Water, Construction and Lifting with high 100+ Years of Experience - Scott, Brett & Brad are all members of the Hadaway family and with their knowledge & hands on experience in the industry, they continue the family tradition of manufacturing products of the highest quality.

В этом видео показан весь процесс изготовления проушины для грузовых прицепов.Сначала был показан индукционный нагрев заготовки ,затем было показано формирование головки проушины в ГКМ( горизонтально ковочная машина).далее была осадка головки ,после осадки была показана штамповка на молоте в закрытом штампе,масса падающих частей молота была 600-800 кг не более,видно было что энергии удара не хватает для формирования штамповки и кузнец много раз производил штамповку пока не образовался облой.Дальше была обрезка облоя и прошивка отверстия на прессе.Было поставлено клеймо кузнеца и произведена зачистка заусенца.Все согласно технологическому процессу штамповки данной проушины

Upset forging involves increasing in the diameter of a material by compressing its length. Generally, the increase in diameter is only local as when forming a bolt head.
