1.The one who indulges in executing illegal/false/fake/fraudulent documents & get it registered in collusion with the staff & Sub-Registrars; is known as fraudster. 2.It is clearly evident that such fraudulent persons only used to execute such illegal/false/fake documents through bribes. 3.Higher the amount of bribes, greater the risk of frauds.No fool will do any favour to fraudulent persons sans any bribes. 4.The bribe money wipes out all the lacunae involved in such illegal/fake/fraudulent/ false execution of documents & acquisition of the properties. 5.In such a situation prevailing in the Sub-Registrar offices, the recent cancellation of some sections in the Registration Act by the HC of Madras, would give enthusiasm,encouragement & even inducement to involve in such crimes for acquisition of properties through many illegal ways & means. 6.The recent judgement of the HC of Madras would substantiate the false/fake illegal/fraudulent execution of documents done earlier. 7.Thiruvalluvar condemned such baseness (third class) mentality of the people in Kural:1071;for having grabbed others' wealth by illegal means. 8.The various dangerous consequences would be faced by the criminal minded persons for the covetousness of other's properties are explained by Thiruvalluvar in Kurals:171, 176 to 178. 9.The dangerous consequences would be faced by authorities along with their wards during their life time, for illegal earnings(bribes/commissions) through illegal means are explained in Kurals:114 & 116. 10.Court Authorities have not understood these points, before issuing such impertinent & vague orders in cancellation of some sections in the Registration of properties Transfer Act enacted by TN.Gov't;.!!!

1.The affected person should lodge a complaint with higher police authorities in the rank of Commissioner of Police/ Sr.Supt; of Police of the concerned district or to the District Collector, to take action against the zonal Sub-Registrar, who had approved illegal registration of properties under his jurisdictions on bribes. 2.The Collector of the district should take stern actions against the Sub-Registrar for such illegal registration of properties sans any verification of the site, Revenue records, etc; & heavy penalty also should be imposed on the concerned Sub-Registrar. 3.If the crime noted as serious, he/she(Sub-Registrar) concerned should be sentenced to jail at least for three years or to be dismissed from service. 4.Such severe punishment will be a lesson to others; & the number of such illegal/fake/fraudulent registrations could be avoided. Besides, the number of cases, dragging in the Courts for years together also would be avoided. 5.For the mistakes & violation of Registration of properties Act; by the Sub-Registrars; why should the common men suffer on such illegal registration of properties. 6.Besides, the fraudulent persons who executed fake/false/illegal documents by cheating & by bribing in collusion with some external forces also should be sentenced to Jail at least for five years along with heavy penalty as a lesson not to indulge in such fraudulent/fake/false & illegal registration of properties in future.!!!
