Expert Accident Reconstructive analysis testified Officer John O Keefe was not hit by a vehicle unlike Trooper Paul the Wet hammer as an expert. Some of Officer John O Keefe’s injuries are from a dog. Brian Albert get rid of dog , gets rid of carpet and then sells the house. How long does it take to die in cold. I mean I could go on and on.

I'm 78, a graduate of Wapner Law School. I had no idea how much I was interested in the law until I started watching that show. It always surprised me that he could "take a brief recess and come back with my decision" on issues that would seem impossible to decide. What I didn't realize was that the law, if properly interpreted, decides who prevails. The show would have meant nothing to me if he didn't explain the "how" of his decisions. I never knew before then that a meeting-of-the minds, for example, can make or break a case. This comment is already too long for UA-cam. But in another of your videos I'm going to suggest a movie that I think would make for a great discussion for one of your episodes. Oh what the hell. Wow they all look dirty…not to mention the department next door where multiple officers were sexually abusing a child who was in the cadet program and one of them eventually murdered her. Same medical examiner. I saw an financial audit of the department and it was appalling…and they did everything they could to hide stuff. Shameful and you can’t blame the reputation on movies about Massachusetts cops. They made their own reputation.

Again, The judge told the jury to NOT come back till the form was filled Well, they didn’t (because not agreeing on ALL of the options) after which she pretty much decided immediately for a mistrial. Then the jury was directly placed in the bus and driven off into the sunset.

This is what happens when good men look the other way too long. They can't stop prosecuting her, the'd have to then prosecute themselves! Thank you for covering this important civil rights case.

Make no mistake, MSP & CPD BOTCHED THE INVESTIGATION ON PURPOSE! They didn't investigate anyone at the party, didn't search the house, didn't separate witnesses, didn't record interviews, got names & facts wrong in reports, didn't obtain local ring or cctv videos, cut times out of videos they did have, inverted videos, seized KRs car before the warrant, searched her phone for nudes photos, said the most disgusting comments about KR, didn't follow standard practice for evidence collection, etc... Every citizen of the USA deserves a higher standard of fairness.

Not sure how DA Morrissey continues with the retrial, when his case is collapsing, and his witnesses will all be in jail. He's getting voted out next election, whatever happens. Bev "Loose" Cannon ruled without even a hearing. She's been leaning heavily against the defense, for personal reasons. She should have recused herself. The Alberts don't call her "Auntie Bev" for nothing. All I know, is that I'm staying up here in Vermont. And I'll be driving AROUND Massachusetts, should I ever go south.

The woman from the Boxing event have a outstanding lawsuit.... First, you go after the IOC. Second, you sue the two "women" boxers in civil court.(US court). You move to subpoena all medical records regarding theses two and file a motion for a court supervisory medical exam, period! If they don't comply with the court, they have to relinquish their medals and deemed banned from woman's sports.

She was born female, raised female, competed as female. She was known in the fighting community. The Italian knew of her (they may have fought previously). If she was born male and went through puberty that's a different story. Legal action should be taken against influencers who use their platform to spread hate and ignorance. Real world consequences exist beyond the keyboard.

I am a birth woman. I have been in domestic violence situations. I know for a fact that a 4'10" born male can beat any size born woman. Of course, women can abuse(physically) men. But for this hands on competition such as boxing, female American football, wrestling, anything with hands....no way would I participate. Hormones replacement or whatever, I will not participate. A large percentage of men in full force can hurt a woman. I can't do this. In these political times, I am sorry if you think I'm being old generation.

I've always thought this... courts are stacked in this way, where "presumed innocent" just means, "the less you say during the process , the better off you are"... lawyers believe "shutting tf up" is often the best strategy in the beginning and all the way through trial... open your mouth and all of a sudden all kinds of bad things happen.... all that IF you can afford the $500/hr... otherwise, you are probably only ever going to be in the "negotiating phase" rather than the "trial phase"... watching Alec Baldwin being exonerated recently helped me process feelings from my own trial experiences of having charges dismissed day one of trial phase... I wanted to tell anyone my story for the 3 years I went to court for it

As a juror, I never assume guilt, the prosecutor has to present enough evidence to eliminate reasonable doubt. Keep it simple.

why didn't the defense ask for the results from the jury forms, since defense died ask for there to be a not guilty box next to each charge and the judge allowed this so defense had the forms changed yet didn't ask for results. I haven't seen any news yet about the judge saying she didn't look at the forms, also yall were able to get all 12 jurors to say this about not guilty on two of them, I've only been able to get news on 6 of them doing so

This seems out of context and the exact opposite of what the 5th is for.
