Visit our website: wyomingcarmelites.wixsite.com/testimonials Visit the Carmelite monks' website: www.carmelitemonks.org We hope this video was helpful! Our goal us to help repair the Carmelite monks' reputation as well as we can! Music Taken from: The Monks of Quarr Abbey Gregorian chant: Sunday Vespers, Benediction & Compline
Apparently there is an active, pernicious movement to close religious houses in America. While vocations to the monastic life have been dwindling for decades, that may be all the more reason for Rome to assist in any way possible to sustain and perpetuate these holy institutions. The pendulum will swing - there will be another great awakening and lives of prayer, solemnity and unity of purpose will prevail.
God bless ❤️❤️❤️💐🌹💐🙏✝️🕯️🕊️🇵🇭
It's great to see that they are all wearing suits and ties now. About time! 👍🏻
Who is the nun that lives near the grounds of the monks? What is her name?
Ignore the rumors I shall, while I buy more of their coffee. I recommend the cowboy blend.
Thanks brother
What about dismissal from the order ? I know a case where a brother has been dismissed from the order. He was forced to do a theology degree, dismissed months before ordination, and now owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in college debt. The order refuses to assume that debt in contradiction with Canon Law, and in contradiction with fundanental Christian principles.
I was a bit anxious when I saw this heading.."oh no, another negative accusation." I was happy to hear good statements about the Carmelite Brothers. Bless you.❤
God bless you.
Amazing how both St Teresa of Avila and John of the Cross were of Converso origin. Makes you wonder who draws in the light.
This is a weird video
Bottom line is that these attacks are coming from satan. Satan desires to attack people who are fighting against him. These monks are in an active daily fight against satan. If they were doing satans bidding then they wouldn’t be attacked. Satan causes chaos and turns good into evil. Keep up the good fight Brothers!
The newspaper church militant shut down because they were fined &500k by courts for defaming and mischaracterizing a parish priest. Church militant apologized for lies on parish priest. This sort of journalism was frequent with this newsletter as I remember. I remember I was very disappointed that EWTN did not expose untruths and agenda of church militant editor Michael Voris.
The journalists involved made things up or exaggerated certain things, like guys in underwear. Well… yeah. At times one would see some fellow monk in underwear. Well . Duh!
Carmelites both men women communities have rep of being super strict and vigilant. That’s their thing. Personally, I cant believe what is written in church militant newsletter. They’ve been exposed themself. I wish I had time to look up their main journalist who proved to be this jerk. Anyone remember the facts on this guy?
Church militant newsletter seeks to distort. I wish I had time to look up how this newsletter was found to be not credible. And how some issues were exaggerated out of reality.
As soon as as I saw this news letter The Militant was in involved in exposing scandals I knew right away some of these scandals would not be true. The editor and journalist for militant has himself proven to distort Catholic Church operations for purpose of building up readership. Besides, right off one can see monks are not too involved with coffee other than grinding beans. Coffee is not grown in USA. Also, I can see monks might have pushed around the journalist. Why wouldn’t they? They are young men who work and pray hard and they have this jerk journalist running around artificially implying that because he sees some monks in underwear that something is going on.
Not only are they wonderful and holy men, but their coffee is divine! We get a delivery each month. God bless the Monks!
I think it is well established in other cases that when the Catholic Church wants to cover up wrongdoing, they do.
This is bizarre and unsettling when one considers the rampant homosexual influence in nearly every corner of the Vatican II sect. I don't know what is or isn't going on at this particular monastery, but I know this guy sounds like a brainwashed POW.
Praise be Jesus Christ! God Bless this young man for stepping forward! I have known Fr Daniel Mary and his biological family for over 30 years and I can say these attacks are straight from the devil! My son was accepted into their community and was anticipating his entrance but unfortunately, he died before that could happen. Our family participated in the Carmelite Mass for years when they were first founded at Clark, Wy. It is this opportunity that drew my son to them. My sons have had discernment retreats there. Anyone who has had the blessed opportunity to be associated with these holy men of God would know these claims are lies. It is nothing short of heaven on Earth there. These monks have a holy fear of the Lord! Pray for them!
Hola me gustaría conocer esta comunidad Alguien me podría dar en contactos de ellos
God Bless the Carmelites!!!! All good is always persecuted. The evil one hates chastity and purity!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I'm really glad you put this up! The chant in the background is a little distracting though.
Thank you for standing up for the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming. Our current death culture spawns a lot of hostility towards any group working on holiness. I know our Lady holds you dear to her heart ... as all Carmelites ... and Dominicans for that matter. Likely others as well; after all if holiness is the objective ... you get her smiling.
There are always people who don't understand the inner workings within a monestary
Please view the video entitled, “Carmelite Monks: EWTN fr. Chris Alar Divine Mercy.” In the above mentioned video, it is evident that these Monks, live in Grace with Our Holy Family, guiding & mentoring them-what this small group of monks have accomplished, is nothing short of miraculous. May God bless them and continue to bless them through the ages, May Our Blessed Mother guide & comfort them, and may St. Joseph continue to provide his wisdom & knowledge of craftsmanship. What these Monks have accomplished is truly miraculous. God Bless them and all individuals who choose a life dedicated to God.
Awesome. Thank you. Rebuke ignorance. ❤
Are their requirements to join the monetary?
The Catholic church and all the different sections will always be attacked, just because of a very few rotten apples. 😢
When you are living a good Catholic life , the devil will use every tool and people to to break down what is holy , if I was younger I will be in this monastery if that is God will, keep the faith .
Better to be a born again Christian. 1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” Luke 1:46-47 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, 47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 1 Corinthians 10:4 “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.” 1 Samuel 2:2 “There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God. Mark 7:7. “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” 2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Cult shit
I never believed it. I know these Monks are real men!!! More manly than what we see often in the world. God bless you brothers!!!
You should be specific about what you saw, which will help a lot with sorting through the allegations.
DUDE... NEVER MIND!
Quick question if I were to join is it permanent or is it temporary
Thank you...
Brainwashed glazed look.

@@gregoryt8792 And who are YOU to say what God's holy and perfect will is for me ??? AND I AM A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN To imply I'm not a Born Again Christian shows your ignorance.
God bless❤
It's a fine line they are treading. And it takes a lot of wisdom, experience and humility to tread that fine line. Just how wise, experienced and humble these monks are is not something I can judge. But clearly for some - including the two who spoke here - the show of affection between the monks has been problematic (both admit to initially wondering if the monks were homosexual). While they feel they were able to resolve it favourably, others (who have made pretty scandalous accusations of impropriety) clearly came to the opposite conclusion. But even for these two, what they say and how they talk about it still raises some serious "gut-feeling" concerns in me. It suggests to me that what we have here is, at the very least, what some have called "latent homosexuality" - which is to say repressed, denied, unconscious homosexuality. It could also be more nefarious than that: it could be grooming (as is alleged by other former members of this community); and while these young men seem admirable, they are rather "young", not to say "naive". They seem to have accepted the word of the community leaders rather too readily and fallen prey to what is often a groomer's tactic of shifting the responsibility and get the one who is being groomed to take it on themselves: "it was my temptation." No, I don't think it was: it was intuition, your "warning instinct" that something was amiss, that a "predator" was near. The far more seasoned and experienced monastic communities have a much better and more nuanced appreciation of this phenomenon than this very inexperienced "new community". Remember, these "monks" are not part of the Carmelite Order. Canonically they are laymen and diocesan priests living in what is called a pubic association of Christ's faithful under the authority of the local bishop as their "ordinary" (unlike monks in monastic orders, whose "ordinary" is an abbot or a prior). In any event, a thorough investigation by one or two experienced monks and/or nuns from the established monastic orders should be commissioned by the local bishop, or better still, by the Holy See, because I fear that the local bishop has too much of his own reputation at stake if it turns out that there is a serious problem in this "new community". In this day and age, in the light of what we are starting to understand in the wake of the "clerical sex abuse crisis", we can't afford to have this left as it is.
