This is a high level outer core series and is not appropriate for women in the early post-natal stages less than 6 weeks. It is important that you do not experience any abdominal doming, back pain, vaginal heaviness or leakage during this series. You will need a pilates ring (alternatively you can use a throw cushion)

Is that for weak pelvic floor? I have been struggling with overreactive pelvic floor and doing lunges is getting it worse. How can I fix it?
Hi Natasha, we use these videos to prescribe exercises for our patients that have had an assessment with us. I would recommend seeing a pelvic floor physio who can then prescribe the correct management 😄.

Hi can you make workout on inflatable beach ball?
Absolutely, depending on how large your beach ball is. You need to have a little bit of give in the ball so don’t over-inflate it. Enjoy !
