communtity became so toxic and elitist the game turned into hell

Why do people like this game over chiv? Nothing besides customization is better.

I have only played Mordhau on a steam deck and I inverted all of my controls and now somehow I think I do better. I think it makes it harder to read because my character movements are backwards from how the attacks actually swing.

just got the game yesterday and bow is super fun and op. but that being said it also feels...... dejected. cause you end up just watching alot of funny encounters while staying far away. so that brought me here to find something equally fun thats not sitting as far away as possible just sniping randoms. edit: i somehow never knew you could take multiple of the same weapon :O

The devs should keep adding modes like this. It's really put a bit of fresh air into mordhau for me.

awesome video and fully agreed on the DnD type gamemode that would attract a ton of players if well executed! There is a modded gamemode called Dread which has similarities and is worth a try! its rly well done. keep mooking them dukes

Not a big Horde fan, but I'm gonna buy the cosmetic DLC just to support this game. They have been good to us over the years.

For those who like horde mode I recommend the Aeternis dread community server. It’s like a dungeon crawler game in mordhau. I’m not being paid for it or something, I just genuinely think these guys deserve more attention and it’s the right time to tell people about them

only one thing to make any kinda Horde mode better : REMOVE THOSES GUYS WITH THEIR SHEILD, they're so annoying and the only real "quick" way to kill them is to kick them (which is just not doable while you're surrounded) such a freaking sadge moment when you die because a sheild chad blocked ur swing and took out of you your only way to stay alive by managing to kill the ennemies that would've give u some health back :'(

From what I've seen it looks like that update was made with the help of modder, Alex, who is hosting aeternis, so this is probably not even Triternion's work. For me it is the last nail in mordhau's coffin: I see no bridge between players and devs. Instead of new maps or next project they spent resources on horde, a gamemode for guys with skill issues. Ironically mordhau will face the fate of first chivalry.

Nice vid! Btw, the weapon blessings you get off the statue also give unique perks to your weapons and resets on death.

They should go towards more chivalry 2 combat its simpler but lets noobs Atleast play. Mordhau combat is better but i can see everyone of my buddies leaving fast while i defend them xD Chiv 2 seems to have stayed alot more populated because its more accessible to new players in this way.
