    Team vertical & if your gonna do a receptacle live your ok as long as you don’t touch the bare copper or metal as your doing it💯

    Here I was just planning on replacing a bunch of plugs because they don't hold well anymore. (Plus they would trip any AFCI if I get around to installing one for the bedrooms.)
    Pretty sure I did get TR replacements though.

    Just turn the breaker off? And why no tape around the receptical? This is some handyman shit

      The box is plastic, tape is irrelevant

    if you use this plug type., wrap electric tape around the plug. Im going to use the new Push in type connectors with levers on side that are on the plug so no screws.

    What electrician uses a drill to tighten terminal screws……. They make screw drivers for a reason

    Also you "bare ground", wire dont short if you hit box.

    Nice of you to make a U Tube vidios but please use the correct term. It's not a F'ING plug but a receptacle! Code violation for not using a torque driver or torque wrench to apply the recommended torque. In the event of a suspected electrical fire the insurance company will hire a forensic investigator and when they find the receptacle you installed with improper torque a low lifer nogoodnic ambulance chasing lawyer will sue you..

      And your receptacle is upside down. Ground goes up
