Dr Mrudala ji has deep study about Music expecially Legendary Lata Di ' s contribution & Legendary Musician Madan Mohan sahab. This particular song has well explained but how can she forget to mention the Raag on which this melody was created. 🎉❤

Mdm. Very meaningful in depth analysis of Music of Great Madan Mohan ji. The Nightingale of India also done justice through her melodious voice.

Although every composer of the bygone days had some or the other unique characteristics in them as far as composing the songs (according to the situation in the movie) is concerned and I like all of them, I am a fan of the great composer of our Bollywood industry, Shri Madan Mohan ji. He's supposed to have composed the best tunes of Bollywood ghazals, (just as Shri Roshan ji is supposed to have composed best qawwalis). The song that you have so beautifully analysed, is from the movie Jahan Ara. All of the 9 songs of this movie are very special to me. Besides, I always enjoy listening to the songs in their entirety. Here I mean not just the music part or the lyrics part, but everything from the prelude to the postlude including all the interludes and small fillers between the repetitions and not to forget the counter melody that runs almost throughout in the background which, I feel, upholds, supports, and decorates the song. It was a treat to listen to your analysis of this song, combined with the way you said, how Madan Mohan ji has applied some appropriate surs considering the lyrics of the song, that you portrayed so beautifully. I feel that such analysis and understanding of the song enhances its value and gives it due justice that the song (and the creativity and hardwork of the composer) deserves. Please let us know which other songs you have analysed. A better treat than this video would be, I feel, to listen to your analyses in some gathering, just as, as there is difference between listening to an audio (or watching video), and enjoying a live concert.🙏
