And so the light party begins! Since some of the bigger upgrades for the 4Runner have extended lead times, I went ahead and picked up some ditch lights and low-profile brackets from Cali Raised LED. Переглядів 3 тис.2 роки тому
I convinced myself that I wouldn't modify the 4Runner just yet, but you know how that goes. So a quick shopping trip to Cali-Raised LED and I ended up placing an order for their 4Runner Rock Sliders Step edition. Originally, it had a much longer lead time, but thankfully they arrived sooner than anticipated. The only BIG issue was that I didn't have the luxury of a garage anymore. But never fea...

Fitted Life Flashback & Detailing Gio's S14 and TSX Ep.1
Hi, do you happen to know which pipe is feed line (the metal pipes) i dismantled mine and forgot to mark them up. Thanks!
Just saved my life with the directions on the fuel level sensor removal. Appreciate you
How are you going to open your under hood fuse box with that it the way? Move it over to the other bolt next to negative on wall
did you require the larger over fenders like they say on the website? I really want to run these on my rolled stock fenders. Thanks,
Thank you. Your video was the most helpful. I’ve watched numerous videos because Cali Raised does not have instructions on how to wire the ditch lights. I realized when I had already cut and attached the wires to the harness that I should have done it after I fed the wires through the firewall. 🤦🏽♀️ and I found your video after that. Anyways, thank you again!
love the video!!!
Didn't show the install though. 🤔
Useful info fella. Thank you.
Good, detailed video. About to refresh my leaky SR trans and this is helpful.
So soothing to hear you speak, like the Bob Ross of the automotive world
I’m having the same issue where the gas tank is leaking. And it’s coming out from the seem left side. Is there any possible solution fixing a “crack” on a plastic gas tank? I just don’t wanna spent on fuel cell setup. It is currently my daily.
Hey brother on 13:41 does the red/blue/green connector go anywhere? Can’t seem to find anything about it.
Do you know where I can get the gas tank of this car? (Not ebay) I have this same model of car and I have problems with the tank, I don't know if you will know about any website in China
Question do I need to drop my tranny to install the speed sensor & reverse light sensor? I did the manual swap on my s14 with an s13 tranny
I have a 96 and I have a 95 fuel level sender so basically I can make it work and just not use the extra wire and just wire in the 3 wire ? Instead of 4 wire
What rotor width is needed for the rear z32 calipers?
how is this the only video on the internet about these drop knuckles
@fitted life is the z32 ebrake shoe mandatory for this swap? Or is it just better?
Clutch release sleeve sr rb same height?
Awesome content ma dude, have you ever tried repairing the tank crack issue? Also how did the foam strap hold up?
I love the adds
Sup dude! How's the S14 project coming along? Looking forward to more updates from you.
Did you not bench bleed the master?
My coilover is stuck to the knuckle. How do I get it unstuck
love the content!
I would like to do the same swap right now I'm at work so I'm just hearing what you say but can't wait to see what you do also if I can get a list of everything you ordered I would appreciate it
I have same problem with the oem switch but mine is more worse ! I go to home depot to get a pack of #30 O-ring to make more space for the switch doesn’t go to deep in and put a little bit hot glue to make the switch main board doesnt moving up and down and guest what , its really perfect fit and now its become really OEM mean ! Hope my idea will help you guys 😀
Subbed!!! Learned so much im getting ready to do mine.

man those crush washer goe one on either side of the bitting not together at the end.
Do you have your rear lower control arm threaded all the way in ?
What brand z32 brake master cylinder is that? I need to get a new one
i got my z32 BMC from Z1 motorsports. but you get em' pretty much anywhere - enjuku racing, vivid racing, etc.
How to remove the metal plate or bracket inside the tank? What does the clips look like that holds it in place? I cant seem to get it dislodged and out. Its rusted bad. Also the fuel pump bracket was just laying inside the tank. Not attached to anything. How and where does it attach to? Thanks
the fuel pump bracket attaches to the permanently fixed bracket on the gas tank. that cannot be removed. i believe i covered everything in the vlog, but it's definitely a long one so just skim to the important parts and it should help.
Great video :) - subscribed because of Sympathie 😎 How’s the quality compared to Ikeya Formula, GKTech etc.? Japanese dudes use B-Knuckles from Naomi for example..
thanks! Quality is top notch. Welds are spot on and fitment is on point.
@@FittedLifeCollective thanks man :)
Man watching your vids gets me so much motivation.
Awesome video! How is the gas tank holding up? How happy are you with the foam padding? Anything you would have done differently?
May I ask what's the black plastic cover coving the positive terminals next to the fuse box?
I'm assuming you're talking about the insulation cover? that was 3d printed and used to protect from electrical hazards.
With these crazy new car prices, how much did that cost you?
around 55k, same as a used one!
omfg this got me rolling "keep spending money on your project car and hopefully it'll run one day"
That wiring run looks great! I started using a breaker recently on my trunk battery mount and love it, wish I added one years ago.
Oh man, I feel your pain! I stumbled across your channel while researching replacement of my leaky s14 tank. Great video, I love your laid back style and the way you preset your content. So how's your S14 these days?
Thanks for all the support! The S14 is still a work in progress. Unfortunately, even with the plastic welding, my tank cracked again months ago. So the next step is to install a fuel cell! I still need to get a bigger spot before I can move the project car closer to me. Until then, I'm just weathering out the project car storm and building up that "fix-the-project-car" fund! hahaha
Nah dude, this was super informative! Thank you for going into detail on how to install this!
I appreciate it man! Thanks!
Great high quality video !
Thanks!
Awesome content bro keep up the great work! Very informative and on point. Hope to see more s14 content. God bless
Loved the vid
Would the max dual caliper knuckles kit could be Installed with all stock suspension other than coil overs? I pulled the z32 rear drum brakes of a car and I would like to get this kit and install it on my car and get the dual brakes plus the drum brakes. Thanks in advance
The max dual caliper knuckles are drop knuckles so it will most likely get your stock suspension geometry out of alignment. I can't 100% confirm that it would work, but if you can compare your stock knuckles to the part shop max ones and visually confirm that the drop isn't too aggressive, then technically it should work. hope that helps! but just double check before you do any installing. It's super tricky to get that lower control arm nut on the knuckles and get it torqued decent enough.
@@FittedLifeCollective gotcha… thanks for the quick response. I am going to look into this but I already made a purchase for the front and rear brakes. I have not yet purchase the knuckles or the 2nd rear set but would consider upgrading my whole suspension in the future.
hey dude congrats on everything!
much appreciated man!
Happy to see you back!
thanks! I'm super glad to be back vlogging as well!
so the positive cable from the battery goes to the fuse box ? and that FL 100a from the fuse box goes with that terminal?
So in my setup, the positive cable from battery hits the 140A Circuit Breaker first and then heads towards the engine bay and connects to the original terminal lug from the OEM setup (the terminal lug that would've connected to the battery in the engine bay) using a through-wall distribution post. From that distribution post it then goes to all your electronics including the OEM fuse boxes. Hope that helps!
@@FittedLifeCollective yea it did!! this video help so much 🙏🏻
