I have seen this Symbol on many Qifteli. Does it mean something?
If you watch closely it resembles an eagle. In Yugoslav times the albanian eagle was seen as a nationalist symbol so we tried to make weird looking patterns to disguise it. And i guess it stuck with us to this day
