1st off, I'd like to say I am NOT a professional technician. This is more of a video to show that this is something you can actually do instead of buying junk reman ac compressors the compressors for the 04-05 cars or rx8 are readily available new and are fairly inexpensive when compared to the only new option of 1100 from mazda (that's honestly the only new option I found) I did replace all th...

just showing the entire tank doesn't have to come out completely to do the job great if you wanna R&R the pump quickly and without cutting anything. I am no mechanic just a mailman with a decent set of tools.

Save yourself some money and use this to fix your old gamecube games. All I used was 2 old cd-r cut out a gamecube sized hole in the second and glued the outside ring to the base disc. Also no longer have to have dedicated gamecube buffing pads. This is my first video

    i wonder if this applies to the NA8 as well, this type of compressor is supposed to be much more efficient.

    Thanks for the under view shot cause I’ve been looking for a video with this type of view cause I’m working on my friends 93 4runner it was sitting for 5 years have pretty much rebuilt the front end suspension and steering control did all the fluids and electrical, checked all relays and fuses went to start it up and couldn’t hear the fuel pump so I took the line off the fuel filter and told my friend to start it up to see if I would see any fuel come out and nothing so I was like there’s 2 options I cut it from the top carefully or I drop the tank and my friend said to drop the tank

    The truth is that you are not embarrassed by doing an installation in this way, which is not an installation as it should really be done, most vehicles have a place where the amplifier cable enters and they do not verify information before doing things and they do things bad, I'm missing friend, get your bearings first before publishing a video help others do things right 😢

    These days stuff is made to not last...compared to the good ol days when stuff was built in the USA. "They" figured out there is no billions to be made on builds that last. Those days are gone, where things actually keep working past the five year mark. This world is spiraling downhill at a rapid speed and the only fix is being on the Jesus foundation cause soon this earth will face stuff beyond repair. God help us.

      From my understanding it sounded like the switch fixed the issue for a bit but reading the comments, it seems to be that the machine ended up being repaired an additional two repairs after the switch replacement and the other two repairs were something else that had gone wrong with the machine.

      Could be the fan I had this issue with mine (3rd repair on this crap unit) 1st was micro switches 2nd was the motor that moved the tray 3rd was the fan final failure was the ice tray cracking and finished off the machine. It only lasted about 2 years bought in October of 20 was tossed February of 23.

    How does the subwoofer sound? I have the vl r7102" 10" as well but I'm going with a Rockford Fosgate r2-500x1. I will probably going install it in 2 or 4 weeks. I just order a lc71

    Adding a comment here to help some people. If the water tray is stuck in one position and cannot move, try disassembling the machine and removing the motor (silver circle above the fan). I found out the motor was rusted and seized. A little bit of rust penetrating lube, 10min wait, and a jiggle of the motor rod with a wrench to break it free fixed it right up.

    Thank you for this! I have the limit switches on order now. Only the switch that detects when the tray is extended went bad on mine, so it would run the ice making cycle, but it did so with no water around the cold spikes (Idk Wtf to call them) because the tray would park at the back and the water would just waterfall back to the reservoir when the pump ran. SUPER HELPFUL!

    • @aliciabarber1179

      Mines doing the same thing the tray comes up then immediately goes to the back of machine it won't stay up to make ice but everything else seems fine I noticed one limit switch isn't clicking its the one on the top so I think if I replace the one limit switch it should work right? Please tell me this is all it is lol I jist got this off of a seller from mecari but don't want to wait or look for another one wheres the link for the limit switches

    What did you use to cut the cd? Thanks

  • @ZackMuffinMan
    @ZackMuffinMan 3 роки тому

    Some people seem to be confused by what he did. He used TWO regular discs. Not one regular and one mini. One regular disc has a cutout the size of a mini disc in the center and then it is glued on top of the other regular disc to make a mini disc sized hole. It is level when you put a mini disc in it.

  • @xXSaGiNaWOuTLaWXx
    @xXSaGiNaWOuTLaWXx 3 роки тому

    So you take a regular disc, then you cut another regular cd to the mini disc circumference(I'd just found a junk mini disc, but they're not always easy to find). Then you glue the mini cutout onto regular disc? So that's 2 layers. Then adding the GC game you're going resurface makes 3 layers. I'd think that'd cause uneven pads, but BRAVO on your functioning substitute regardless.

    I would think if you ran 2 or 3 GC and then 2 or 3 regular size disc.. It might help keep the pads even as possible. (in the long run.)

    @christianna3561 5 років тому

    Brilliant! I just got a Gamecube adapter and since I was going to go through the hassle of changing the plates I just looked through my whole Gamecube collection to resurface at once. With your adapter, you take away the hassles of having to remove and attach different plates going from mini discs to regular sized discs. Well done sir! Thanks for sharing.
