Up shifting only as the bike have throttle by cable and doesnt have autoblip feature but if your bike have throttle by wire it work both ways . The magnum feature doesn’t differ in shifting feeling or speed it only allow unburnt fuel to be ignited in the exhaust

@@Motorology1 Thank you very much bro this helps me out a lot. I have a 2012 Yamaha r1 by the way. the only thing missing was a quickshifter. Lastly, do you have to turn on and off the magnum feature every time or does it stay on and remember your previous setting ?

@@awaisahmed9222 no once you push the button it locks in that mode until you push it again to disable , its just a toggle switch

@@ericcoleman9019 every thing seems perfect I would check the switch wiring it might be broken or damaged and not enabling the magnum feature you can test it with 2 ways first way measure continuity with multimeter in the switch plug 2nd way make small jumper between the 2 pins of the switch connector in the qs module plug and test run your bike If it runs then its your switch or the wiring maybe cut or rubbed against sharp object and cut off . Try those out and tell me how it goes

You were right the magnum button wiring was damaged and i connected the white and orange wire together and now everything is working thank you

No G levels are setup for amount of back fire , the magnum quick shifter doesn’t provide launch control or pit lane limiter . Which system did you purchase ?

@@Screenaway thas cool but as i said before G levels are for backfires during shifts only make sure that you turn the ignition off after you finish settings to get out of setting menu and to save it then turn it back on to test it this step is a must

Yea sure its pretty easy just 1- press and hold the RB and LB on the control unit before turning the ignition on and kill switch is in run position for 3 seconds 2- the unit will flash a timer before entering the settings menu 3- press the LB two times until you reach the DG menu then press RB 4- press LB until you choose the magnum level G1 or G2 or G3 knowing that g1 is the lowest level and G3 is the highest setting of backfire G3>G2>G1 5- press RB and hold to select the desired level 6- after you finish press and hold LB for 3 seconds to go back into the menu then power off your bike to save the settings and thats all You can repeat the above steps to just verify the magnum level saved correctly the turn the key off

@@MR1RMM هشرحهالك بطريقة مبسطة اولا dg زي مانت عارف هي المسؤله عن كمية وحجم الباك فاير او الاشتعال ياعنى G 1 اقل نسبة اشتعال ٤ اشواط كاملين اما G2 متوسط الاشتعال بعدد ٨ اشواط واخيرا G3 اكبر نسبة بعدد ١٢ شوط غير مشتعل كلما زادت الاشواط غير مشتعله زادت كمية النار ولكن زاد وقت النقله مع فصل مما قد يسبب تاخير لا يذكر و قد يكون غير محسوس نهائيا انا جربت بنفسي الثلاث اعدادات ولم اجد فارق محسوس نهاءيا عند التحدث ان النقله علي اربي ام ١١ او ١٢ الف او اعلى ايضا وهو اسرع من طرفه العين حرفيا ارجو انى اكون وضحت الفرق واي سوال انا تحت امرك 👍

No its absolutely harmless actually all new bikes are making this bangs in quick shifts from factory

On the magnum version there is an 80% chance of a valve coming off! Because of the detonation down in the cylinder! I'm telling you from personal experience.

@@Motorology1 just only have gsxr1000 k9..yesterday i buy..k8 sold out already..

2-4 hours max if you have the right tools and how to dismantle parts and reinstall them correctly from first time the shifting rod is the only part that may take up to 30 min. to adjust for your liking i lowered it abit further later to ease the upshifts while tucked in and running strait

So smooth with minor effort i did try the bmw s1000rr it does really have the same feeling but in terms of sounds and pops and bangs this shifter beats them all my friend

Whats your current quick shifter setup or brand ? Power commander normally controls fuel injectors only unless you add additional quick shifter module but normally if you have it you just disconnect the old one and install the new one directly without mods just choose the right setup before you buy as you will need all the elements ( module - dual motion sensor - shift linkage ) and make sure you supply them with the right shift linkage its not oem or modified before you order

I currently have a “flash tune” quickshifter which I didn’t setup myself I also have the power commander 5, but I really like the sound of the magnum quick shifter setup you have I have found for 245 for all the kit so I will be ordering one when I know the length of rod I will need, my rod is in 2 pieces and then the sensor on the top, I don’t know if I need to measure the full length of the rod including the sensor on top I have or do I just measure the rod I have without the sensor part on top and I also like to know if i will need to re setup the power commander with a laptop because I could change myself or if it’s technical I will ask the garage to do it 😅Thanks so much 🏍️❤️

@@bobcat7227 i googled your setup i see its an ecu based quick shifter without additional modules , if you are after the fires and bangs i think you should e-mail the company flashed your ecu to ask if they can tune the kill time and ignition restore on delay feature . As for measurement it’s quite easy if you dont have any modified rearsets i mean using original suzuki rearset just choose oem and they well supply the right rod other wise just measure the rod from top to the bottom including the sensore with it As for power commander you dont need to mess with it And for installation it’s identical to my setup just follow step by step if you have the right tool and knowledge

Ok so if it’s ecu based quick shifter does that mean I can’t just unplug mine and plug in new magnum and everything will be just be perfect ? Or will the ecu need adjusting? Getting the company who flashed my ecu is a good idea I will look into I need to speak with previous owner, I do have aftermarket rearsets so I would need to measure my rods and the sensor on top to get the correct measurement I understand that now thank you if I do get the magnum and it can work without too much messing with the ecu I will be watching your step by step video it’s very well put together. @@bobcat7227 no you can swap your current quick shifter i mean before you spend your money to get these pops and bangs see if the tuner can modify the currently installed shifter to create the same effects other wise the magnum is a stand alone shifter unit and doesnt need any ecu mods or any thing else to be CHanged

My bike is drive by cable so only upshifts are supported but if your bike has drive by wire Shiftpower has systems for up and down check their website under “full race unit pro”.

انهى موديل كيمكو لو هنقارن بينه و بين الزافيرانو و الاهم ناخد فالحسبان طول و وزن الراكب لان الاسكوتر من فئات ال٢٥٠ فما فوق وزنها اتقل و ممكن تكون صعبه فالمناورات او سهولة الدوران فالملفات الU turn بس فالعموم الزافيرانو احسنهم بس الكيمكوا اعلي فالكواليتى والتقفيل

The flashing pattern is strobe 3 times, then flash 3 times and then constantly lighting up if you want it to flash a little more just depress and press the brake lever i do this if i am running on busy roads

The up and down feature is related to drive by wire throttles for the auto Blip function to kick in so in general like yamaha R1 / MT series , newer Suzuki’s and BMW My bike is drive by cable so only upshifts are supported but if your bike has drive by wire Shiftpower has systems for up and down check their website under “full race unit pro”.
