I've been thinking about doing 1 HP permadeath since I completed the "you only live once" challenge but now I'm not sure if I should lol. my YOLO run was around 72 hours with all DLC and I had 35 health left so playing for that long with only 1 HP is gonna be way harder, I think I only made it 6 hours without taking damage on that run

Like I could beat the entire game with just a plank if I turned on infinite melee weapon durability and infinite crafting. But is it really the same? Of course not. He should have mentioned the gameplay modifiers.
