What a fun and informative video!
@@krickette5569 thank u. So sweet of you to say. Are u making plans to build one? Would love to see it
@@Samthesender Yes, I am. I've been collecting old windows for years now and have started the foundation phase of it.
@@krickette5569 making a UA-cam so we can watch
I appreciate you putting this out. I've been curious about this place.
@@davidsollenberger2998 no problem it’s a really cool place. My first time getting shuttled so many times. As u can see I don’t get much air but there’s plenty to be gotten
UA-cam is uploaded my video at 720p when I recorded in 4K using gopro12. Looked so amazing on my phone and I’m using iMovie. Any advice
First double check the settings in iMovie when producing the video which I'm quite sure you've already done. So, if that's set to 4K, then when you upload the video to YT make sure you set the date and time for at least 4-5 hours later. It's not necessary to set the video as a premiere fyi. But that provides YT time to fully process the 4K before releasing the video for viewers. It generally only takes an hour or two, however a good rule of thumb is a 4-5 hour period just in case upload speeds are slow. That said, I'm watching the video in 1080 just fine according to "Stats for nerds" in the settings menu. Well, I hope that helps. Shred on!
@@betterthannotgoodmtb yes very much helped bc I have not checked those settings so I’ll do that for my next upload. Appreciate u taking time to help me out
@@SamthesenderYou're welcome neighbor. I hope you get it sorted. Shalom.
Great idea but how do you tap out the glass?
I put tape cross section like 6 strips and when u tap brake it won’t shatter everywhere. Thanks, u should do
Look like a good time!
Get better so u can join us D
Sorry a little shaky, clingy and blurry on the video. Didn't have my chest mount tight enough, zipper kept clanging against gopro, I'll do better on next post.
Looks great!!
thank you.
I have rode parts of the C2C trail before I knew of the C2C trail. I hope to do the whole trail soon. Cheers.
riding parts is good. Its just as enjoyable.
Nice video Sam, well done (except the music)
thank u and what music did i use? bahahaha lol. I only had access to whatever imovie gave me .
Love your cute greenhouse💜💜Super happy for your wife!
Aaawwww thank u. She loves it
I’m interested in knowing how you planed you itinerary How do you find out the hotels on the route before your trip Or do you just look for places along the way Please let me know how you planed your ride Thank you.
I watched a video but my friend on the ride planned it all out for us
Very cool would love. To do this
Love it. You two are so sweet.
aaawwwww! thank u!
Браво за клипчето , маняк си братле
Been looking for this video for quite some time. Thank you for taking your time to make it. It’s also adorable!
Thanks for sharing! Love this! I’ve watch several “how tos” on this topic and yalls is the first that actually shows HOW TO! 🤦🏽♀️ Great job!
oh thank you, have you started yet. It was such a fun build.
How is this greenhouse holding up after 4 years?
it's really good. She has a hard time planting stuff because she decided to go back to school for nursing but she still picks her strawberries out of there. I need to do a 5 year video
You guys rock! Great video. I start my greenhouse soon. No clue what i'm doing. You gave me some faith <3
oh you got this. we didnt know excactly what we were doing but we were doing something lol
what was that bridge with all the wind just before Clearwater Beach? Bet the rain felt good towards the end.
i would call it the clearwater bridge. Dont know the exact name but it was an amazing ride. Are you thinnking of doing it?
@@Samthesender Maybe sure looks like fun. We have done a few miles ~20-25 down south on the Legacy Trail. Not much shade baking in the sun most of the Journey... Your trip looked bit more shaded.
@@siegelsdad it was good, some some but plenty of shade. we also did the ride from Pittsburgh to DC on The Great Alleghany Trail and the C&O Canal, I have 3 videos up of the first 3 days but i have footage to edit for the last 4 days. 20-25 miles is good, that was the longest i had ever ridden before we did the Pittsbugh ride. I think you guys are ready and would do great.
This is great!!! Been looking for something like this. I have a similar door but one whole glass instead of individual squares. Do you think your method will work for my door?
no, you will shatter your glass unless you know how to cut glass. I wouldn't do it. what other option do you have?
This looks great. I'd like to build one myself on my allotment. How did you prepare the base, did you cement the corner posts into the ground then attach the base wood to each post? Also, are the window frames made of wood and if so do you just drill the wooden window frames into main structure?
Great video. Researching now to do this trip with ebikes.
yeeeeees, however you want to do it will be amazing
I absolutely fell in love with this beautiful family in a single video!❤❤
thank you so much, it was a fun project.
Very nice! Thanks for sharing!
yes yes, are you planning on riding this trail or do you ride?
Turned out really cute! Thanks for sharing.
anytime, we need to do another showing it in the summer when all the stuff has bloomed.
Potty train your dog to go in one spot just like when he was a puppy and you trained him to go on newspaper in the house. And use positive reinforcement
Love your dogs!
Thanks Dave, they are a riot
Really enjoyed the video. What type of bike do you recommend for a ride like this and what type did you have? Thanks!
there was a wide variety of bikes on this trip, I would say with whatever bike you have...seriously. I was riding a hardtail mtb with less aggressive tires, two guys were riding touring bikes, one guy a ten speed, 3 people on full suspension bikes with faster rolling tires and there shocks locked out. So my recommendation still stands...with whatever bike you have. Glad you enjoyed the video. Can't wait to hear about your next big ride.
Great video. Thanks so much for sharing your adventure. Hope to follow your trip this winter.
Nice video. I have done the trail from Titusville to Groveland. I am planing the whole route. Thanks for sharing
thats awesome, are you recording and posting, id love to see it. Thanks!
U guys are tooooo stinking' CUTE!!!!! Turned out fantastic!!
riiiiiiiiight, jk? thank u so much
18" is a little tall for a first ramp, maybe cut the bottom off to make it only 12" tall to start learning how to jump. Also it could stand to be a bit longer because of the size of your bike the front wheel is going off the lip before your rear tire is on the ramp.
thats great advice, I'll do that and maybe build a small drop in the backyard. I need to learn how to drop also, how big, 1 foot or more?
SUPERCUTE!!! Love the patio and border around the greenhouse💕
it was a blast building it. thanks!
Super wholesome
Ryobi! 😀 yearly routine chopping and stacking fired wood
Hey getting ready to do the same here in Jersey. Will post on my insta
Dude - the dancing in fast motion was the BEST part! How many windows are hinged? I saw only two opened - does that let enough air in to keep things cool in the summer time.
Just purchased mine yesterday! Did you go Tubeless?
Very helpful, thanks
oh good, it helped a ton
4:30 If anyone wants to know what the weight is! : )
oh snap, what is the weight?
I am here to see you grow in your new space at the Painted Tree, I am thinking about doing the same, good luck!!! NEW SUBSCRIBER HERE!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Can we see if it ever got painted? 😀
Sure, I wish we could post pics and tag people, I'll let wifey know we need a follow up video to this and greenhouse build
ordered mine today and pick it up in San Clemente next month. I was a click away from ordering the Capra and changed my mind at the last moment. Thanks for the video...ride safe!
Oh, nice, did you pick up yet? I got a concussion 9 weeks ago so i have not been in riding, can't wait for symptoms to clear up. Getting better but not there yet. You making a unboxing video? The bike is stupid nice though.
I noticed in the video that the bike has the FOX Float X rear shock. On YT’s website it says it should be a FOX DPX2 rear shock. Can you confirm that it is a Float X? That would be Awsome if it’s the Float X on the core 2!
It is a fox float x I just got mine in today and I can confirm that it is a fox float x
@@haydenfischer3357 did you order yours in the US? I just ordered mine. Hopefully it comes with the Float X!
@@mizzle_mtb9837 yea I’m in the US and it had the float x
Yes just checked and it is the Float.
Man I'm deployed overseas and mine is at home waiting on me. I'll be home in a couple of days. What is your hight and what size did you go with?
Mike I think we spoke off the yt web fB group a couple weeks ago. We’re you going for the polygon but couldn’t find and so u decided to pull the trigger on the Jeffsy core 2 in black like mine?
@@Samthesender yup that's me
Yo! Mines coming next Wednesday can’t wait!
Dude, ur gonna love it. Follow, I’m gonna drop another this weekend
@@Samthesender can’t wait for the vid
Great job
oh thank you
Mine just delivered, but missing front wheels spacer, fucking rip I can’t ride yet
Tht sucks big tim. Got mine 5 week ago rear hub went out just got it back from DT Swiss. Upgraded rebuild but very inconvenient. Call them they will send u an easy kit to convert ur rear wheel it’s known for having problems. I didn’t know till mine went out and I saw a video
@@Samthesender what happened to it? What do I need to check?
Great video, and I need to know where to get one of those Norfolk and Southern Jerseys 👌👌
Thank you and who had on that jersey you speak of?
Just saw it, I have no clue where Tom Got thaT FROM
Oof! Glad u didn’t break anything!
I know right. Time to build a bigger ramp lol jk
