I could see that route, especially because the vehicles are so evasive and off so much value in themselves. What stax pieces are you running?

Ahh yes my mutate friend, we are in the same page that 5 colors is the way for Mutate, I am in the same track but went the route of the first sliver, cascading into a blossoming tortoise or Omnath for instance is just mega, so I am trying that out mostly landfall minded.

Of course vesuvan duplimancy is the bottom line there.

Thanks for your thoughts David, I think you were pretty spot on with some of the includes, I went more focused on the graveyard, and put some more synergies along side it, many of those cards if not all are gone from my next iteration I just made a video about, thanks!

The new deck is in my latest video overall I went more removal based, adding a card like eaten alive, those are very good for both our vehicles and creatures like stitchers suppliers undead butler where we want them to die and get value off, the fact that it is cheap interaction is just a bonus too, my intentions were not really to go cEDH my LGs just has this level of power pretty regularly but I have other casual budget decks to bust out in circumstances.

@@alarsenault4758 Rankle is by far one of my favorites so many modes and they literally all work for you and put so much pressure on the opponents! Glad you like it, collector vault is cool too, keeps that gas flowing!

Thanks! It is a real smooth one, definitely is solid in my rotation of decks and feels good because it has good synergy and less expensive.

Lord of the Rings was such a good set, there is probably a few more gems in there too honestly.

Thanks for the reply! I missed out on featuring the lost jitte and kodama, but they are also definitely good forces in this deck too! Ruby is just such a good conduit for all the things we want to do.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes I believe this Shell is more geared for 4 player, having creatures like massacre worm and the other creature that does -2 -2 globally is where you want to be, essentially the more creatures that have strong etb's that impact your opponents board is where I would take any iteration of this deck. I also think the cards that tutor immediately for things are still very valuable like your rune scarred demons, and rune demons in general - the 6 mana one is the best though because you get to entomb a card too!

The plague crafter effects are truly great too, they can get double value as they are always available in the yard and can be resurrected to sacrifice themselves.

Also in EDH you get all the sweet reanimated cards like Animate Dead and Persist so there are sweet upgrades.

I've been wanting to play this deck at my lcs cedh tournaments, would you suggest this brawl list or your sauron the necromancer, graveyard master list you posted on April 23rd that has animate dead and persist? @@user-ke2zv1rh3k I would say the components that you want to include is the card entomb, that along with the ones you just listed are the highest quality, I can tune the newest brawl list as the one your referring too has some cards I may want to move around, mainly grave pact is also one that was not on there, and to be honest likely one of the only cards outside reanimate that are likely staples in that format, I would say this deck is on the high powered side and might snag a few games now and then, but you may be blindsided with how fast cEDH is, it is likely a lightning bolt and deck can win consistently t3 or so or be so far ahead that the games may only last a few turns, the hallmarks of that format are cards that are mostly proxied like lions eye diamond and mox diamond to name a few, could Sauron the Necromancer have some avenues to being enjoyable in the format idk, you may want to type in Sauron the Necromancer cEDH to get that vibe, gl!

@@interinoedemame Yahh unfortunately I think Omnath is the better suitor because it can actually be mutated on, this was great because it created an idea for another list I just posted, taking advantage of cards that reward Aragorns power and the cards around it like Vadrik are where I want to be now for Aragorn, thanks!

@@Ben-sf2is I just revamped it, starting with a bigger payoff "memeish" type of stuff, deck was amazing, of course Annie is just a cornerstone too, all that into the north stuff is gone.

I think I may move away from some of the auras, I found “inquisitors flail” at the lgs and am so ready to hook it up to Arwen, thanks for the feedback!

Absolutely the fact that mutating over gets rid of the legendary status is really a game changer and makes the “magic” happen where you make so much value it is hard to keep track of.

Hey drew it did not immediately hit me, but that is awesome you have a mutate Omnath deck too! Do you have a list? I would like to add the red green Omnath but would have to find a cut which seems hard let me know.

@titanovixdecktechmtg I actually have been avoiding it but I wanted a lands deck and this was in my to be built deck I was talking about your arts. Funny enough you were on my recommend when I was debating doing mutate. I've cut the gruul omnath actually damage isn't what I've seen to be a weak spot what I seem to struggle on is card draw

Mutate is a bit strange for card draw as it does not proc major card engines like henge, for me having the copies of Omnath drawing along with the trailblazer seemed like a good start, escape to the wilds is pretty essential too. Season of growth gives you scry and card draw with mutate so it is easy slot in too.

@titanovixdecktechmtg I'm basically not gonna have any Ramp and just rely on my cmdr for V. 1 😂 we gonna see and yeah card draw is pretty different for not creature base. I'll make video and share it with you when I finish

Thanks! I like curses, I like the red\black ones from my limited experience with it, any recommendations to start with? I am going to move into Omnath with this next, I believe it is the way for these mutate shenanigans.

@@titanovixdecktechmtg I haven't play much curses. But it seems like curse commanders fall under recursion like Lynde or go-shintai. Or Politics like eriete, blim or mathas. Personally planning on building either eriete c.a. cursed or the clash deck that uses the octopus with a knife ATM. Side note, making a 5 color omnath mutate sounds great, but the mana base for that sound like a nightmare to make

I can get behind that, I believe the ramp package has to stay put, but I suppose last march could be cut because it is just a huge value spell, whearas orvar may fit in, overall.

Yahh it is that one that is looming, and you do the thing and move on, but mycosynth garden on the reservoir feels so good and just speeds the game up incredibly in your favor.

Is there loops in yu gi oh, I assume there is because games can be over t1 or t2 right? Some mtg formats can have t1 wins usually have to do with mega draws that have super op cards.

@titanovixdecktechmtg Yeah it's possible to ftk or otk through chaining. There's also some win condition cards like exodia. Have all 5 pieces in your hand and you win the duel. Which is possible in the first turn with extreme luck or with a little less luck, have a deck with high draw power.

I love this because you mention cards I have never heard of, I may have that treasure avenue still, so Magda could be a good work in.

I did not know you had a vehicle deck, is it on your moxfield ?

I looked into the ratchet combo, I like big brain stuff so that seems like a good one to look into, I believe to run that we would want some life gain payoffs and it looks like cards that can keep the loop going, such as sculpting steel, the squadron looks gas too, may have to run more tutors like diabolic intent because we would want our knight paladin to get those nice etb’s

Always assumed you used the limo due to that exact reason.

Steamboat is great because it can put a creature into a graveyard without actually killing it

@@Carubidul I am quite torn with it, because I feel it would be real good early as a greasefang target because there might not be alot of etb creatures on the battlefield at the time and we can just remove a creature of choice have everything pop back and everything is great, whearas letting an opponent get any value whatsoever midway through a game once it pops back to our hand seems really sus.

Ahhh yes the fatty creatures to be rewarded for building the yard too, there was a version with elesh norn a while back, perhaps something to revisit. Incarnation technique is such. Bomb for these decks.

Yo Pengas! Thanks for the support! I used to film all the videos normally but when uploading to the UA-cam app from my phone I always ran into processing errors and could not get from point A to B, it always accepted this format which is why my videos are all like this :/ Over the summer I will be able to get more technology, just a few more weeks left for the elementary gig!

Yo pengas, have you ever tried a duplimancy build, there are some real janky cards for this archetype, perhaps I could share a brawl list with you, to get the vibe?

That sounds amazing building a tiny bones deck with the nazy g seems like a perfect fit, so low to the ground too, let us know if you are going to put a list up, seems like a nice one there.

Curious though, we can sac diamond with shell on stack right and just float the mana, technically just discarding whatever was in our hand at the time of sacing of lions eye? Btw lions eye, wheel and breach are just gg, what amazing synergy there.

Yes this is one where everything is in the right place, I am glad they did right with the lotr cards and gave it a lot of variety for the color it is in, funny that I probably would have overlooked the card if I just so happened to be looking to build a mono black commander and it was the first card on the page of black cards, so glad I got a box for my bday a few months back.
