When they tell you not to bring anything they are talking about men because women we need more stuff then guys. The guys can buy a travel showel kit and bring a couple of underwear and socks that is it. They are given underwear. Girls we can't do that. Please bring things you are given a list for a reason you may not get to go to the PX right away. How are you suppose to brush your teeth and shower if you bring nothing?

Your recruiter should be able to give you a list of what to bring that's acceptable, mine did !

What were you made to toss and or ship home or did they allow you to bring all those things?

I know the vid is old, but did they let you keep your grab and go travel bottles? I leave in a few days and I don’t want to bring them if they’ll make me throw them out.

Great video! Do you know if we can bring face wash? I have a specific one that I use and I would like to bring it with. Also what about face moisturizer? Also did you bring makeup for after BCT?

Wtf is all this? In Fort Benning they had me buy all the required stuff. I would say don’t bring shit if you’re going there. You won’t see your personal bag and what’s in it until the end of the cycle

Thos helped me alot especially as a female planning on going in the army it helps seeing what to pack i decided aft i get my BA to go in the arm so i have 2 more years but because of you i have a list of stuff i need ready on hand ! Thanks for the great video 😊

I saw in a video of when they dump all your stuff out that they say if anything is scented except deodorant and showering things you throw it out... Did they allow you to keep your feminine wipes????

Lol were you going by plane? Don't they make you fit all your liquids in one quart sized bag? Also what did they not let you keep?

There is no point in bringing much they’ll make you buy shampoo, underwear, bras, etc at the px and most of the stuff she’s bringing won’t be allowed

Trust me you shouldn't bring anything. The 43rd (reception) makes you buy all the necessities anyway whether you have it already or not. Bring nothing
