My dear friend, you are in the second year and thinking about your niche is a good sign but in my opinion its too early to decide anything specific. First I would suggest to learn current opportunities and future prospect in these fields and then decide what to choose. All fields you have listed are very very specific and quite different that would require specific set of skills. You have enough time to do your research and decide you path. Electrical subjects now onwards in 3rd and 4th year will be highly interesting and it may happen that you change your choice later. So give some time to yourself and study the market. I know my answer is not in black and white but this is what best I would suggest. Thanks
