Hello Rebecca I need help I need to resit my gcse English language privately this November 2024 but unfortunately it is £325 and I don’t have the funds what can I possibly do?

I am so glad I found your videos. So inspiring and supportive. I’m so happy for you and all that you’ve achieved. I start medical school in 2 weeks and am full of fear and excitement. This video has helped me so much as I have really had to battle the very negative opinions of people who are in my circle. I grew up in the US where I was always supported to dream big and go for my goals. But my husband who is British has a very different mindset. It’s held me back for 17 years! Well not entirely as I’ve had to combat a lot mentally to try and grow and achieve things in spite of his lack of support and actual negative behaviour that tries to mentally cage me in. I’ve managed to do things anyway, but it’s taken a lot more time and been very mentally and emotionally taxing. I have worked hard to be at the point I am now to start medical school and know that I will need to continue supporting myself, and lean on those friends and family who have a different mindset, who are loving and supportive and excited for me and this journey…and now your videos 😀 will be part of that. It’s going to take all of this support to get me through this momentous journey. Thanks to your videos, and especially this one, I can see very clearly why my fears are escalated even more than they might otherwise be because of these negative voices that constantly make me doubt myself. The good news is, that I can also see and hear my voice clearly that says “you’ve got this!”. Thank you and congratulations on all that you’ve achieved and will continue to achieve! ❤

wow this really touched me as im 41 from the uk and was educated in france from the age of 11 to 21. I had a conplexe childhood and left home at 17, also bounced from job to job, 9 days before the pandemic in march 2020 i was recruited as a patient coordinator for private harley street clinic in london . ive now been in private healthcare nearly 5 years and worked for the top private cosmetic surgery, dentistry, aesthetics and fertility clinics, although i worked on the clinical side as a HCA i decided to then transition to the admin side and have been trying to find a pathway within healthcare that suits me as a person for 3 yrs ! just a week ago a colleague mentioned a graduate accounting scheme to me and 2 weeks ago i started studying for my AAT exams online to become an accountant and work within the same clinic but within the finance department😊 ive noticed alot of ppl experience this type of transition between the ages of 30 and 40 and sometimes the drive and focus we have is much better than studying at 21 ! Im fortunate that all my work colleagues are very supportive and happy im also not leaving the clinic as i love patient care 😊❤ thank u Rebecca and to everyone who has left comments under the video because this is so encouraging 🎉❤

Thank you for the motivating video. I recently discovered your channel and have watched your videos several times. They’ve inspired me to stay on my path and work toward my goals. I'm in a similar situation, just beginning my journey. I'm 51 years old. Last year, I earned a GCSE English grade 7, and this year, I achieved 42 distinctions and 3 merits in an Access course in science. I've been offered a place in a foundation year for pharmacy. If I achieve over 70% next year, I’ll move on to study pharmacy the following year

thank you for making this video rebecca, i really appreciate it! i’m 18 and i failed the vast majority of my GCSEs in year 11. im planning on self studying 5 GCSEs this September so i can hopefully pass at 19 and secure an apprenticeship!

Almost 2 years ago I think, I was unemployed and hopeless (my country Namibia has a very high youth unemployment rate). I watched your channel and you inspired me. Today I work at a wonderful company as a tax accountant - a job I got a month ago. It's because, after seeing you go back to school as an adult I figured I could do it too. Thank you so much Doctor!
