What's with the AI voice that comes in at 1:00?

*edit… I found this story fascinating too… I know nothing about yacht design 😅😅 This is what I’ve found from research so far… (It’s a crappy design for such a flash yacht.. and calling it unsinkable is dumb and bound to lead to complacency 🤦‍♀️) The downwards flooding angle of the yacht was only around 45 degrees, (angle of water ingress) the angle of vanishing stability was only around 88 degrees (angle when boat fails to right themselves). Furthermore there were cut away stairs towards the stern leading down to an enclosed outdoor entertainment area, which leads to an indoor entertainment area, separated by heavy glass sliding doors- which opened on their own when the yacht was on an angle- they needed to be pinned shut to stay shut. One of the crew mentioned the yacht tilted to 45 degrees… which would have allowed water to flood down the stairs leading to the outside enclosed entertainment area. Once that water started coming in to that area it would have turned into an enormous swimming pool of water….and dragged the yacht down by its arse… anyone inside those sliding doors wouldn’t of stood a chance Just my guess… 🤔
