Yes, it seems like flat surfaces in a hoard just begging to relieve us all of whatever may be in our hands at any moment! But as you said, there is no true perfection. I am actually proud of being able to turn this day around. That’s not my normal pattern. Usually when I’m feeling like I did at the start of this video, my first reflex is to just call it a lost cause and numb out by scrolling my phone. Wow I totally relate to the task paralysis. Wow. This is so me. I have adhd so my brain is just always going and wandering lol

I need to get some dust mittens. Those sound somewhat less boring than just using a cloth. I hear lots of people say they struggle with task paralysis. I feel like it’s more common than we think. It sure does help to not feel alone!
