Additionally all Kendrick albums have a narrative that unwinds itself as the album progresses, there isnt one at all. Its like a compliation of snapshots of LA and a victory album devised to salute the downfall of Drake and his chokehold on the whole industry. This was an album for the people. Kendrick as an artist primarily creates art for himself.
