Garden Exercise
🤨This is probably one of the silliest things I’ve ever heard!
👩🌾I know for me, gardening is definitely a form of exercise!
🫀Working in the garden gets my heart rate elevated and I’m sweating for sure.
🪴Shoveling soil, dragging around the water hose, pushing the wheel barrow, lifting pots and moving them, picking weeds, hammering in t-posts, hauling bags of Pittmoss and hemp mulch…I’d certainly say I’m exercising!
🤪Let me know in the comments if I missed anything!

🤪Crazy how things can happen in the blink of an eye! 🥛I filled my water glass up, shut off the lights, turned the corner, tripped over my dog, dropped the glass, busted my head, my daughter cut her food open, I thought I had a concussion, and went to the ER! 🙏😅Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Boy I have a hard head though! 💧I never would’ve believed that simply applying water with a pH...
Fails In The Garden

😩Do you feel like a failure in the garden? 😅Well, you are definitely not alone! 🤪Every. Single. Year. I have plenty of fails! 🤓If you aren’t failing you aren’t learning! 😳My starts dry up, I forget to cold stratify my seeds, I move my beloved favorite plants in the middle of summer, and mess up the tap roots, I’ve left seedlings out in a rain storm and they drowned, I’ve overwatered, I’ve under...

💚Have you tried our hemp mulch yet? 😍Let me tell you a little bit about hemp mulch and why after we tried it, decided to start our company MINDFUL HEMP CO💚 -It’s good for retaining moisture. -It’s sustainable, hemp can be grown in a few months, unlike trees. -It repels the sunlight because it’s light colored, not dark like leaves or wood chips. -It adds nutrients to the soil as it breaks down. ...
