I'm 42. I wouldn't write off the old DK archetypes especially FFU DK. I think that deck can still pilot near perfectly. Also, I would hold off on crafting crewmate demon hunter. It's a fun deck and its decent but i dont know if top tier. I think libram paladin is quite good and probably better than stats show. Likely a safe craft. My list is unique, I'd look around adn compare a bunch of other lists before crafting.

@@DadLegendHS Ah you are still young lol, 47 here! Yes the FFU (sounds innappropriate maybe UFF is better) DK is strong and i am doing well with it, but its not my favourite DK archetype tbh. I will see how the meta shakes out in the next day or 2 and decide what to craft. Thanks again!

What is kif? Kiljaeden? The combination of kiljaeden plus sargeras is very difficult to deal with. If the warlock gets to that point we are losing.

@DadLegendHS I'm genuinely contemplating about making a Hightlander version of the deck, only to fit Reno on it and being able to remove sargeras

Show me a crew mate deck thst doesn’t run it. Not sure why it wouldn’t be run if one meant to play that archetype

@@DadLegendHS not to mention i think it might even be a good control card for warrior, not even just mid range, but i'm sure it can combat enemy boards easily.

@@DadLegendHS I got scammed with the signatures this set, because i sorty the legendary siganture are all in the packs and now a have open even more golden packs for gold till i got a duplicate signature! At first i couldn't belive it, but there is a small not on the billzard odds side at the end(rogue and durid ones are not openable). Wanted to share it with you because you mentioned in your videos you also care about signatures! So don't make that mistake.

I knew about this info but I’m unsure if I shared that with video with everyone. Sorry you had to go through that! The golden bundles are predatory and are not worth it for chasing the signatures imo.

I might try making a video of three games with one deck and my live process. The issue is thst would be a 20-30 minute video and it seems like most of my viewers don’t like that. I may do it though because I think it’s the best way to learn. One other option I’m thinking is record 3 games and play them back at 2x speed, and talk over that. It would be faster and less downtime waiting for turns to finish.

Do you like short guides like this ten minute video the most? What type of content resonates best with you? I’ll aim to do more of that

@DadLegendHS honestly you should make both.....there's subjects that are better suited for longer more thorough videos. Honestly wouldn't mind either of them. Make a more detailed video on the subject of whatever you make a short video on, I'm sure it's an option many people would enjoy

In an effort to keep the video short I just put what footage I had. I did not struggle with either matchup although mages did beat me once in a while. Wheel warlock is pretty difficult. Tough matchup for sure and I was probably 50/50 I’m not sure what stat stick you want more of. You have two of the best sticky two drops, you have 7-8 board clears etc. meteor shaman, like quasar rogue, is a very overhyped deck. They play meteors, you 8 hands when you can. You build a board and it soaks left over meteors. You heal for 10. Twice. That deals with another 10 meteors. Elemental mage is just in a really solid spot. You have to wipe them when they go wide and just be cautious to keep your health at a safe threshold as you attempt to stabilize. But sometimes they draw well or sometimes you draw poor. But, that’s my experience with most decks

I’ve had it remove plagues in my game. 🤔 I’ll have to test different scenarios.

@@DadLegendHS idk i've only played with plagues 2 times and it worked then, maybe its some bugged rng in this scenario he was the one that played 8hands, not me.

This is the weird dichotomy of hearthstone. Imo, everytbing feels good to play as but everything also feels bad to lose against as well.

I appreciate the feedback! I struggled with wheel warlock depending on the board state when they casted wheel but outside of that was feeling really strong

I feel you. There are some good budget decks out there. You could try quasar rogue or elemental mage. Some of the legendaries aren’t necessary in those

They do. This was changed a few sets ago. The miniset achievements are redeemable for experience once the new exoansion is live.

@@chrismcguire5147 i haven't tried it with the regular achievements from expansion release (achievement hunting is the first thing i do when expansion drops and i claim immediately) but for the past 2 sets i have completed the miniset achievements during the release, and waited till the next expansion comes out to claim their experience.

I feel you. It’s a decent card but I don’t think it will make or break any decks. What legendaries did you pull from your preorder?

i got gorm, kure, dirdarebel captain, talgath, askara, exarch akama, exarch hataaru, the gravitational displacer, uluu the everdrifter, murmer,saruun, kil'jaeden,velen,the 8 hands pretty much all bad besides murmur and kiljaeden

@@DadLegendHS Yeah for sure, I mean I'm not gonna buy them, I refuse to pay such a rediculous price for basicly cosmetics. I'd rather waste my money on other cosmetics I enjoy more than signatures lol, skins for example.

@@Sidney_TSG indeed. i was expecting all the starship signatures to be behind some $50 package. only to see that they were all behind their own $35 separate packages... Its just too much. i bought one of the two signature legendary bundles and just accepted that was what i'd pull for the expansion. i can't even justify that much spending.

@@DadLegendHS yeah yeah for sure, and it's not even close to all of them right? I think you would have to buy like 3 or 4 more bundles like that anyway to have all of them. Lol, I couldn't justify that either. I'm really happy with what I pulled from the pre purchase bundles, and I got the expansion pass and the 20 dollar release bundle. More than enough spending for me, still very happy with what I got though.
