These comments are stupid, a majority of riding mowers can’t be flipped to expose the blades as easy as this one can and simply taking them off is so much easier then trying to sharpen them while on the mower. If you’re worried about “error and injury” while sharpening blades then I don’t trust you to go anywhere near a lawn mower, just because you’re unskilled with a power tool doesn’t mean everybody is.

That is not the proper way to sharpen your blades….. bench grinder and a magnet and eye pro. A disk grinder leave lots of room for error and injury.

HOA is just extortion by another name. They take your money and are supposed to use it for the benefit of the community. For some reason, these HOA people have 0 problems taking money, and every problem spending it correctly. Some are so bad they even try to extort the government to pay to do their job by "claiming" its not their job to use the community funds to fix roads, sidewalks, etc. Bs goes both ways, they mess with you, you can make then spend that mo ey you give them to fix up the whole community. Small Crack in the road, fix it. Sidewalk uneven, fix it. Roads not marked clearly, fix it. Road signs faded, fix it. List can go on and on. Ain't no free pool and ADU on us.

Ready to mix in some high quality top soil (as you said, you get what you pay for) and we at the next crucial step of picking the right seed to endure a mostly full afternoon sun for the brutal mid-Missouri summer months. This video not only provided excellent information on the different types of seed for this region (including pros and cons of maintenance, which cannot be ignored), but also the fact that it is important to find the right seed manufacturer for the job, even if it means paying more per bag. Why put in the hours of work to prep everything if you are going to go cheap on the seed? Keep up the great work brother.
