It's a Wonderful Life - First Time Watching Reaction | I cried, and I cried a lot! Loved it 💜
Hi! Come watch It’s a Wonderful Life with me - I loved this movie so much I made my mom watch it too. It was so wholesome yet so frustrating at some points (looking at you, Mr. Potter), but the ending was so heartwarming that I couldn’t stop crying. I really loved this movie, and even though it came out in the forties, there are still so many parallels to life today. I’m so glad I watched this movie, thank you to everyone who recommended it!
I intended to get this out on Christmas Day, but life and my ADHD/anxiety got in the way. I hate that it’s a constant struggle with that, but I really am trying my best. :(
Happy New Year everyone, even though we are a whole week in! 💜💜💜

Krampus Is Coming For You - First Time Watching Reaction

At first I was ambivalent about the ending because it wasn't "holiday happy," but after editing I think I actually like it. What do you think? I loved this movie, and I always love Toni Colette, so this was a treat! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. :) 🌏FIND ME🌏 ✅Twitch: PlasticineX || www.twitch.tv/plasticinex ✅Twitter: @PlastyQueen ✅Instagram: @PlastyQueen ✅Discord: discord.com/invite/Rfu...
Saving Private Ryan RIPPED Me to Shreds - First Time Watching

This movie was a hard watch and a complete emotional rollercoaster. I cried and laughed (sometimes at inappropriate moments), but mostly sobbed. Okay... not just sobbed, I UGLY cried. Kinda embarassing, but it's out there now, don't judge me for my faces of despair! Lol. Trust me, I went to bed hugging my dog after filming! I'm hoping to get to a more consistent uploading schedule soon, editing...

The worst part of this film is that the actor playing Gower really slapped that kid causing his ear to bleed. If you really pay attention the bleeding ear is not "the bad ear".

I think I've seen guys talk on AHC, who were in war, the last guy you want to be is the one with the flamethrower, because 1) they shoot at you moreso, 2) what happened to that guy happens

All carpenter movies MUST be watched! Particularly assault on precinct 13, starman, big trouble in little china, escape from New York, escape from LA, and all others. He did 5 movies with kurt😢. He was pissed at Spielberg for a long time because et came out, got all the money and press. But john had the last laugh, because this has gone on forever, recognized as a sci-fi horror suspense classic, of all time! Boy Kurt met Elvis as a kid, then did a movie with him, then did Carpenter's first TV movie about him, then did 3000 miles to Graceland, then his voice in Forrest Gump! This, Alien and Bladerunner, are why special effects practical effects are far better than CGI! The dog should have won a Oscar! The trainer should have won a Oscar! The suspense building in this is palpable! The music was done by spaghetti Western extraordinaire, ennio morricone! But the little 5 note synth stuff, done by carpenter, and he's the master of that type of movie music! Think of the music of Halloween and assault on precinct 13! Pro tip, he's still thinking of a sequel!😮. The thing is, u don't know even if ur infected, until the organism decides to openly take u over! And if there is a sequel, 1 of the last 2, has to be the thing! 😮😮😮😮 The thing half eating Windows maybe the greatest scene ever! All i wanna know is, did kurt keep the greatest ever hat, in movies?!?!😅. And NOBODY, does in camera scene parallax shots, like carpenter! No. Simple physics say aliens can't exist. Now then, the nephilim, the Watchers? And what they did and taught and corrupted man? Different story! Type in here, Sam shamoun talks about The Watchers! In this, the master effects, the way the head stretches all its innerds and pops and oozes goop as it's going over the tabletop to the ground...masterclass

On the beach those weren't "Blimps" they were called barrage balloons, they were clustered around important locations to discourage enemy aircraft from making attack runs on that location. Here they were protecting the men and equipment there.

Everyone asks what the device that George makes a wish on is all about. I dont know for sure but im gonna guess that you make a wish and if it lights , its supposed to come true. Im thinking like a lighter, you flick it and it usually lights but not always. My best guess!

The hand shaking from Miller is caused by high anxiety, in other words PTSD. My best friend had the same thing for a couple years before it went away. He was in the Battle of Fallujah in 2004. He described it as a strangulation sensation, he said it felt like he was being suffocated all over his body. He would tense up, it would feel difficult to breathe and his whole body felt stiff then the hand tremors would start shortly after.

The German MG42 machinegun fired 1400 bullets every minute or 23 every second. If your boat was targeted, you were going to be hit. The plan was to put so many targets on the beach that the Germans would not be able to kill them all at once.

Upham had to kill that guy...no way he could go through the rest of his life, knowing a German is alive out there, he helped let go, then killed his captain. Go in search, 100 greatest war movies. Also check lone survivor, Blackhawk down, 1917, Dunkirk, rescue Dawn hacksaw Ridge, warhorse, big Red one, hamburger Hill, unbroken , once we were soldiers, 13 hours, zero dark thirty, and any other True Story war movies. Hacksaw ridge, lone survivor, once we were soldiers, maybe more brutal than this!! My Dad had me when he was older he fought the Japanese, he said their brutality was unreal. He got shot through and through, the spleen. He said he plug his wounds with dirt, leaves, wrapped all in banana leaves, then his tshirt pieces, then bandages. Then fought his way back to the rear. He said no way he was staying on the battlefield waiting for a medic, but picked up by the japs, first! Watch hacksaw Ridge, of Desmond Doss, one of the greatest ever. Then type in here, Roy Benevidez, the Lazarus soldier! Maybe the greatest of all time! I met him once in the early nineties when I was stationed at Bragg. He was a shell of a man but still super proud he could still wear his uniform! Type his name in here! The sniper through the glass shot, was performed for real, in Vietnam, by Carlos Hathcock. Type his name in here! Go in here, type in 100 greatest war movies. Also check lone survivor, Blackhawk down, 1917, Dunkirk, hacksaw Ridge, warhorse, big Red one, hamburger Hill, unbroken , once we were soldiers, 13 hours, zero dark thirty, and any other True Story war movies. Hacksaw ridge, lone survivor, once we were soldiers, maybe more brutal than this!! The sniper through the glass shot, was performed for real, in Vietnam, by Carlos Hathcock. Type his name in here! The blown up ear guy was in the true story movies, remember the titans and war movie, once we were soldiers. For individual stories, type in here, Audie Murphy, Sgt York, Marcus Latrell, Roy Benevidez, and first medal of honor winner captured on video, and Shugart and Gordon from Blackhawk down. Older movies like bridge at ramegen, dirty dozen, great escape, a bridge too far, longest day, battle of the bulge, aren't as graphic but based on True Story. Spielberg said he made this movie for his dad, a ww2 vet, and Schindler's list, for his mom. His family is Jewish and his dad was a vet... The silver haired guy in the general's office, is dale dye. A Vietnam vet, he's been in or supervised every movie made since Vietnam, just about. He purposely kept Matt Damon clean dry off the set and in the trailer, while he put the other guys through two weeks of basic training hell, so they would have natural resentment to Ryan! In theaters, most combat vets who went to watch this, couldn't make it through the first scene and had to leave. Back then, boys joined up. They had pride and Honor, they wanted to go, they took pearl harbor personally. Guys 15-17 joined all the time. The youngest was 12! In Vietnam, a guy that was 4'10"...way too short, joined and made it all the way to special forces. He died broke, forgotten and homeless. But before he died, a writer and journalist heppened to bump into him in the street, bought him a meal. Then for several days, the hero told him his life story. Type in here, the 4 foot ten Vietnam special forces vet. Im a vet myself. First Ranger batt, 25th light, 82nd. Somehow i never was in a official combat zone but I did go to a few places, u never wanna be! Saying that, to me the toughest job here? The women typists. 9 to 5 day in and out, for years, typing those letters. Learning about those boys. They had to have nightmares for years. Also what some of the Ranger companies had to do during this....one company had to climb a sheer rock cliff, to go up top and fight, then take out the heavy artillery. Other companies had to cross about a mile of completely open fields, to get to other heavy weapons. President Reagan talked about them during one of his memorial day speeches. The thing about the invasion, we just sent in tons of guys. It was a huge misdirection plan. Hitler was so convinced, from fake secret messages, that we would land somewhere else plus with heavy weapons, when his generals came to him, and told him this was happening, he went back to sleep, without giving them orders! Big God miracle!! Type in here, Eisenhower meets the Mohawks, pics. Very famous pics of him with the mohawk battalion. He said in an interview much later, that night he became so sad. The invasion was the next day and he realized, half the guys he talked to, weren't going to be alive, the next day!! Some ironies here. Fish and Carpy best friends...an Italian and Jew! The Hitler youth knife, fish broke down because he knew what german kids did with that knife to Jewish kids. The 2 Czech soldiers killed right after the invasion, and the Italian guy says, look i washed for supper! Germans forced Czechs to do everything. Including make most of their weapons. then the German kills mellish with the knife. Proly the Hitler youth knife. Proly the first time a German and Jew seeing each other face to face. The German is telling him, its all over for u now, ur ok, ur going home, stuff like that. The Abraham Lincoln letter is considered a work of art and masterpiece, on many levels. ua-cam.com/video/LoHNTyAR_Vg/v-deo.htmlsi=bq4DegFPMHStp3Lr ua-cam.com/video/b8AggbAVSNQ/v-deo.htmlsi=Ad6wSQCrPyTram8Y Also, band of brothers, the Pacific, Masters of the air, all done by Tom Hanks and other same people.

my grandfather was 29th ID , and arrived as a replacement after Omaha Beach. He was wounded in a morter attack, but survived the war and was honorably discharged in 1946. As a kid, I asked him about ww2 and he never had alot to say. many years later, after I had served in the Army, we used to get together on veterans day: my grandfather, uncle and myself were army veterans. my dad was air force and my other uncle was navy. we would swap stories and watch a couple war movies. At that older age he opened up about his service. He said Saving Private Ryan was the most accurate depiction of ww2 combat he ever saw.

Perhaps the saddest thing in the whole entire thing is the only bit of information they got wrong in the movie is the age of the soldiers. All those that were on the beach were no older than 20 at the time. some of them even 15.. More so they willingly signed up.

Hello Plastiseen, loved your genuine and heartfelt reaction to this movie. I saw this movie on it's first showing in the theater with my wife. My wife physically beat my shoulder with her fist after watching the first 20mins. due to the realistic violence (my wife never watched anything so violent like Saving Private Ryan). We noticed 5 older veterans walked out of the movie theater crying accompanied by their wives ( believe this movie triggered their PTSD). My dad served as the medic/doctor in the U.S. Army during this World War 2 in France, Belgium and Holland finally in Germany. Greetings from San Francisco California U.S.A. , "Eddie" 🙋‍♂️🤗

nobody knows who , if anyone, is a thing at the end. It makes for great rewatching thinking of the different scenarios though. Watch it again and think of one or the other Is a thing. or neither...or BOTH! The ending works no matter which way it is. The 2011 film is not a remake, but a prequel. No where near as good as this (but what is?), but still it's not bad. Definitely watch it! It blends seamlessly into this movie. Plus it has Mary Elizabeth Winsted!

He is a hero in no uncertain terms as far as I'm concerned and has the medals to prove it. He did indeed suffer from PTSD as we now know of course.
