The Madrazo route over the tracks is dangerous on the bridge sections because you drive in the opposite direction of the train and you could encounter a train on the bridge with no way out. In the tunnels you could drive next to the train but if the train is on the bridge you have to wait at least 30 seconds until it passes you and you loose that time. I would go for option 1.

Fastest route is drive to police station and take helicopter There is only 3 heli that could spawn there 1. Annihilator (biggest piece of dark shiet) 2. Buzzard (GOAT) 3. Maveric (NPC heli)

Now I wonder how the absolute pinnacle of each type of transport compares vs each other. Tricked out plane/heli or tricked out super car? This video reminds me of when I was stuck with the cheapest bunker and it was all the way in the northern part of the map. Fun times.

how to create the timer or race sth like you do

The very small scientific section of my brain is kicking in and remembering the rules to doing a fair test. This could've been done by simply putting the boat in the environment where it can reach it's fully performance vs the car in the environment where it can reach it's full performance. Also, you chose the fastest boat but not the fastest car. A simple way to "try" and make this fair would be to have them both race around the outskirts of the map or in a drag race. If it's around the map, overall distance should be factored in, based on the distance difference, starting positions should be adjusted to make it more fair. Almost like a 200m race.

Do the test again but with traffic and make the objective in a realistic place, not on the airport or on the largest street possible. You're more likely to waste time trying to land or crash into a car than have a successful landing.

I use to jump in, get the jet, and land it in front of the casino and pull up to the valet. Now I own a hanger and my own jets, so I don't get to do fun stuff like this anymore.
