I was one of the biggest halo fans and still am. I played all the games even loved ODST and have all the books saw all the movies and shows. at 5:07 you start a strange line here that threw off the spawns, The end result hurt the flag pull and is something you can improved opon in the future . running up the overexertion ramp moved the spawns to behind the flag and into snipe hut. you had a teammate pushing to snipe hut and a teammate pulling that likely had people on them faster than if they spawned in their base. just rewatch it you can learn a lot from the play. Im not flaming your play at all just trying to help you review your vod. if you don't like it I will stop. lmk

we spoke about using cover more before but another thing you are doing is jumping around like a crazy man. jumping is only helpful in hitting the last headshot on a enemy because it forces your redticle up. other than that pros will do it to change up their movement but is largely considered not best because it makes your movement very linear and easy to predict to line up a shot. I would try juminh less often especially in the middle of a gun fight.

been doing this for years on cod...every time i explain it to someone they act like it would break their brain to use this method. I have maintained, that i would prefer movement be controller based and aim is far better with a mouse. its sad more games dont give this option. great vid glad i finally found someone doing what ive been up to.

I roll with something very similar. I use an Azeron Cyborg II with a HTR mouse. Dual input just feels so nice in Halo Infinite. Unfortunately in HCS Opens the passion pit only has Xbox Series X

Hey dude, couple of things I think you can work on to get much higher rank in this game if you want to improve. Just an outside perspective from someone who has seen a few videos. 1st thing is you swing around every corner very wide. You are using the controller for movement you should get really practiced jiggle peaking more in fights you gotta use your cover way more that alone will do so much for your game. 2nd is in your callouts the info you are sending will always be a little bit delayed so I always like to tell my team where people are going if I can there is an example in this game at 2:05 where you call "2 at sand-bags" but I would say they are already "white wall" and were going to B and pillars. You seem like a pretty solid player overall just some small improvements will help a lot I'm sure.

I had no idea that anybody played half K&B and half controller. I considered this myself because I adore controller, but playing against other PC players who have the upper hand with practically godspeed aimer movement puts you in a bit of a detriment.
