There’s only 2 types of Dio players lol. They’re either complete hot garbage at the game, or they’re a nutcase that beats you with a combo so advanced it doxxes your IP address to the main chat. There is no inbetween.

Because in a game where even a fellow low tier, Hol Horse (normal) can at the absolute most kill you off of 2 hit confirms or put you into a vortex of doom, a nice projectile isn’t good enough lol. Hol Horse himself casually kills off of a single hit confirm. Problem also is that stand users don’t take chip when stand is active. Same problem with Hol Horse, as he can’t even get a proper kill setup if they have their stand active cuz it changes knockdown interactions. A good Polnareff Dark player just needs a single opening and 80% - 90% of your HP bar is gone. And he’s a mid to bottom tier himself lol. Hol Horse normal can 0 to death you btw
