Thank you for taking me on this walk today. I felt like I needed to get into the countryside but didn't want to drive anywhere first so this was perfect as it's on my doorstep. Ooo you were right about that incline across the field though. I thought, nah I won't get out of breath... But I did!!! 😂

Bummer. I live in New Zealand and used to live on West Wells Road. I was excited to watch this to see my old house, West Wells House, right at the beginning of the road, but you skipped straight past it. Great Video though, besides that.

Nice video, but perhaps it may be a good idea to invest in a gimbal stabiliser to minimise the bobbing up and down while walking.

I stumbled across them in London, close to Leadenhall Market today. They are amazing! Fantastic filming!

I love Middleton Park, it's such a gem in this city and always a great place to walk and explore. You wouldn't think you were slap bang in the middle of the inner city

Did the osset greenway and spen vally greenway on a cycle ride from Bradford low moor to wakefield then caught train to Barnsley, well worth doing .

I did this walk every day for a couple of years. Haven’t had a better commute to work.

On the thumbnail of that video that bridge used to be blocked of to people trying to get through it so my uncle my dad and their mates used to climb up that very steep wall love the video

I grew up in Ossett, I lived on Birchen Avenue which is at the top of Wesley Street

What camera do you use

Concerning the Battle; if you carry on down Manygates Lane there is a school building on the left. In the play ground there is a memorial on the spot where it is said the Duke of York fell and his head was cut off to later adorn the gates of York. A few months after the battle, the Duke's 18 yo. son Edward, avenged his father at the Battle of Towton to become Edward IV. This by defeating the Lancastrian army of Henry VI in the bloodiest battle ever staged on British soil.

I enjoyed this video so much I watched it twice! The sight and sounds of the breaking waves and the sea rippling over the pebbles is wonderful. Thank you for videoing and sharing this.

Nice. I went about 9 years ago. Beautiful place

at 6.10 where the fallen tree had been sawn through,further along and a steep climb up the slope heading towards the fenceline there used to be and perhaps still there some sweet chestnut trees that produced edible nuts (not conkers or horse chestnuts) i knew where all the mushrooms grew and blackberries (brambles) were in abundance.

i know this area well,i had a new house built in middlestown in 1984 and until i returned to scotland in 2004 i walked all around this area nearly every day with my dogs for company.
