Time to talk about the Western Conference Champs. The Mavs made a few roster tweaks, players that were traded to the Mavs last year are gonna be in for a full season now, and young players are looking to take leaps. Then of course you got arguably the most lethal offensive backcourt in the NBA in Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving. In my West Tier List I have the Mavs as the second best team, but there are still questions I have good and possibly concerning.

Lets talk about the Magic offense because I know this team can defend and are an ELITE defense. I can't remember ever being this high on a young core that also has objectively been a bad offense. They might know how to space and stuff to alleviate some of the issues but they have clear flaws and I think low hanging fruit stuff can raise their offensive rating a little bit.

After the Hawks traded Dejounte Murray, it clearly signaled that the Hawks fucked up making that trade in the first place. But....I think the trade has clarified some things, and I find myself liking this team as an 8th seed, which is why I had them tiered where I had them in my ECF Tier list video.

The Milwaukee Bucks have had a lowkey offseason until they got a hell of a steal signing Gary Trent Jr to the minimum. You zoom and look...the Bucks were able to make tweaks and changes to the roster despite having limited resources to maneuver. Inb4 I get mad Clippers fans commenting. Daryl Morey put his money where his mouth was. He had a plan for the Sixers.
