Last month we lost an irreplaceable friend, Bruce Thomson. I think each of us would describe Bruce differently but all of us would call him “friend”.
Bruce loved little kids, puppies and kittens, he was an avid gun enthusiast and bicycle racer. He repaired and refinished antique furniture and promoted Front Sight Firearms Training Institute endlessly. If you needed help cutting down a tree, stacking wood, repairing a car, learning how to shoot, repairing a rifle or making appetizers, Bruce would be there!
He packed more into his life than most all of us combined and he lived it with GUSTO.
Come and join his son, Doug, other family members and many of his friends to say good-bye for now and attend his Military Honors Service.
You are invited to an after the service gathering. Somehow our home became the party headquarters, sometimes big gatherings and sometimes small. Doug felt it was only fitting if we got together here for food and refreshments - Bruce style! We’ll be serving one of Bruce’s favorite meals - so come hungry with memories to share!
