Hi which plants have you successfully propagated in fluval stratum? I have a Monstera & a few philodendron cuttings that struggled to root in other mediums?

You should go through the same plants across substrates instead of all water, then all leca, etc. Then you wouldn't have to remind yourself what the Peru did, for example.

So I shouldn't fill mine up all the way with water? Only about half way? I'm using a Mason jar with my monster Albo leaf cutting with some roots. I had it in leca and water but ive had it for over 6 months and no new leaf growthage.

Does that stem ever produce any more leaves once it’s been cut?

Using a heat mat DRAMATICALLY improved my rooting success both in soil and water! Also keeping one plant that is rooting seems to send signals to the others. I think there’s something about plants sending hormones or signals and beneficial bacteria growing on healthy root systems that spread (in good ways) to the new cuttings.

And cats!!! Drives me crazy!

I'm so struggling with mines and had for awhile. It's near a Grow light and humidifier and still not even the size of your first video.
