I don’t think they come standard on the 2021 models. Not sure about the 2022-2024 models though after the facelift.

The rims were a Christmas gift. They are aftermarket and I believe my parents just googled “aftermarket chrome wheels for a 2009 Lexus ES350.” Not quite sure on the price either. I think around $2,000 or so. That was 6 years ago so idk what they are now or if they still exist. Also, I think they are either 18 or 19 inch. If I were you, I’d just google “chrome wheels for 09 Lexus ES350.” and you’ll see all kinds of them.

@@Albo_AK yes thank you! It was extremely well taken care of before I got it. I’ve put 11,000 miles on it so far so it’s sitting at 122k miles right now and I’ve taken great care of it too!

@@Dat4valveGuy I see what you mean. But the RC it’s also nearly 400 pounds heavier than the IS which gives the IS a significant advantage despite the RC being AWD. The RWD RC’s have the updated 8-Speed transmission but unfortunately the AWD versions only have the 6-Speed transmissions so the two cars have an identical powertrain despite the age difference. The IS350’s have had the same 3.5L V6 since 06. They are slightly more powerful now, but same motor. I do think that my RC350 and that IS350 have different gear ratios though because the RC350 won the roll race. If you watched the whole video, you probably noticed that he wasn’t pulling on me either and we raced all the way up to 110MPH and he still couldn’t pass me so the RC must somehow do a bit better at the top end which makes no sense. I’m hoping to race him again sometime soon.

@@ClassicChrome01 yeah I noted the weight advantage on the IS I’m not much of a Lexus guy besides the ISF and RCF I just think if they’re gonna add all that weight they have to do more than just throw in AWD because all wheel drive systems give even MORE weight along with the nicer interior a lot more weight there too they should have retuned the engine or maybe gave it a little more displacement still a good car though

Yeah pretty much. It has an upgraded exhaust but it’s nothing crazy so basically stock

They are. It’s only a 6-Speed automatic. AWD versions only come with a 6-Speed. I wish it had an 8-Speed like the RWD versions.

I’ve only had it for 1 year but I haven’t had any issues with it. They are typically very reliable vehicles. Highly recommend getting one!

Figured it was something like that. I’ll have it looked at next time it goes in for service if I remember lol. It’s been like that for 8 years so I just kind of ignore it but I should probably just get it fixed lol

I’m not exactly sure what the exact size is. I think it’s probably like an 8 inch or something around there. I just got it from a place in town that sells stuff like that. If you look up “aftermarket infotainment systems for a 2009 Lexus ES350 with Apple CarPlay ”, I’m sure you’ll find a good one!
