This is how I changed my steering wheel emblem on my A6 C7! Wanted to change the ring to gloss black too, but part that came did not fit.

This is how you Install RS style gear kbob on A6/S6 C7, probably this diy works for different autos too. Link for the shifter i used: a.aliexpress.com/_Ewn5UnB You can find the same one on Ebay but it'll cost 2 times as much.

Starting My Audi A6 C7 3.0BiTdi at extreme cold weather. The temp gauge always shows 50°C even tho it is totally cold.

What do you think about installing a back unit? Is it possible?
You will need a full replacement hvac unit so full dash out. Extra pipe work under the carpet, wiring for the rear panel, additional sensors in the tubes and cp removal.
@@thatBI-TDI so it's not worth it. 😂 Do you have any problems with the front unit you installed? My electrician told me that that my climate is two zoned and i bought a four zone unit (the one that looks excatly like yours). Is your unit four zoned climate and if it is did you have any problems?
@StevenCkoba Yes mine is 4zone too. There are new faults when looking in VCDS but you can't see them on dash, only when you plug obd in. These faults are because car doesn't have extra regulation motors for the climate as it would be for 4zone car. Otherwise everything works great, and auto function too.

Sorry but i did not do the coding myself, i just took it to my local coding guy and he did it for 50€

@@oppslmao Yeah, you won't need to heat it up, because button will be in the right place(at the front), on the pre facelift (c7) its on the left side.

Ha your lucky it's not the A7 version with it's pillarless windows otherwise you wouldn't be able to open your doors with that frost, the glass needs to drop before you can open the door and it just didn't wone frozen days. So annoying that you had ti seriously defrost them to get in the car, saying that I do miss my A7 biTDI, great car and engine
Late to the party but i also own a Bitdi for roughly 4 or 5 months now and have driven like 5 different of those. The temp sensor is not faulty, it will always show 50C on the dash. If you would read it with an OBD2 device it will show you the exact temperatures. Hope this helps

Great car indeed, (Got 1 my self) but keep ur wallet ready, for till ur air suspension fails / the atomizers start to leak for the 3th time., and now latest and greatest the sunroof starts to leak >.>

Yeah, if it would have better battery i think it would be a lot better though
Coolant temperature shows 50°C but it is in fact not, it's completely cold start, has not been started for 24hours. Probably faulty temp sensor.
@kevinpedersen5290 Thanks a lot, needed this info👍🏻. Ordered new temperature sensors, but won't be needing them now. But actually stupid mistake from manufacturer point.
