Did you have to tune it?????
Yes tuning is always recommended when dealing with big air and fuel changed. In this case it’ll mess with both and compression.

Great video I did the same upgrade everything went smoothly but my headlight is dim and bright won’t work at all been struggling with the trouble shooting.

Yes. But there’s a clutch extension kit for it. Ez clutch extension. You can find it on our website. www.nandosgarage.com
You want louder pipes in 1954 there was a set of pipes called Chattanooga piper alot of Hot Rod 54 And 57 had them . First set I seen in 25 years was on Matts Channel . HIS Dad started that Antique Bike Shop in North Carolina . When I remember the Name I willget it to you . But it was on the Hot Rod PanHead it should pop up . Wheels threw Time annd yes its Comesright up

Not needed for this case. Judging by what the customer stated. It was safe to assume it was incorrectly torqued since this was already discussed. Apparently the customer was charged a time-sert from previous mechanic that had redone the work many times and no time sert was done. It was shady to hear. But 60 days later still tuning like a champ. Brought me another build of his. Maybe the first 136 build in Cali. Who knows. Hope to be the first. Thanks for watching!

Those are OEM. They come with 2018-2020 softail deluxe.

Engine guards from Harley. Mirrors I got for longbeach cycle swap meet

Thanks. Wheels was different for sure. Not for everyone but I didn’t want to be like every other gangster build out there. With the paint job and a few things I’ll be adding it’ll all tie up nicely together.
Nice job I'M JUST starting mine it's a 1991 Heritage Softail with a S&S 113 BAKER 6 SPEED CHAIN DRIVE VANCE & HINES LONG and fat minor striping s&s on one side of tank hd on the other side Metzler tires runs great but changers are in the future keep it up Andy

You can find them on eBay or Amazon. I got them at a local Harley dealer

Harley dealer. But seen them on eBay. Type in the part number in the search bar
Any suspension work? With the extended rear fender you going to keep your pipes at 36 inches?
No air ride yet. I’ll eventually due front and rear air ride, I’ve been wanting to get longer tails but most likely after a paint job.
Use stainless steel bolts. They guaranteed will not rust.
Could you do a short video on how the exhaust crosse's under by the rear tire please. This is the exhaust that I'm wanting to but but mine is a 2012 heritage. Was also wondering about brackets for the exhaust on the left side. Awesome clean build.
Yea I can do that. But the suspension for the heritage is in the way. That frame is also further back
@@Nandos_garage so I would probably have to do the exhaust off the left side then, was trying to keep the heat off of a passenger's foot. Thanks for the reply back though. All the videos I've seen never have explained this about the frames and exhaust pass under.

@@Nandos_garage guess I could put heat wrap on before the regular heat shield to help with the heat. Thanks again. This will be my first cholo build I have 2012 heritage I picked up. Guess I'll have to change out shifter rod also now.

Found this when I googling exhaust options for my new old 2009 GSXR600. In general I love the integrated exhaust design. Really tidies up the look of the bike. It's hard to tell in the video, without the baffle, how much louder is the sound compared to with?

The Tbar is 14 inches with a 3-inch pullback. What size did you get the clutch and brake cables as well as all the electronics
