I’ve been lucky to not have bad things happen on Spirit on my end. The only delays were just runway congestion at MCO.

I'm glad you had a good experience with Spirit. But I will keep doing everything I can to avoid them as much as possible, had a few bad first hand experiences as well as from friends and family. Recently used Lufthansa omw to Azerbaijan and I felt they are the european equivalent of Spirit.

I disagree that it's at the end of it's service life, it still runs good and could easily have been bought by a smaller park and kept operating as older coasters could have custom replacement parts made indefinitely as needed. There's many theme parks running old wooden and steel coasters from the 60s and 70s just fine. The private equity firm that owns the Busch Gardens and SeaWorld parks probably decided to get rid of it once the new Phoenix Rising had been up and running for month - they probably didn't want to bother keeping this classic. They did Scorpion and its fans dirty by barely giving a two week's notice of its impending closure. I just hope they don't being tearing it down and scrapping it right away - if enough time is given, maybe a buyer will present themselves to give Scorpion a new home.

Such an amazing event for coaster enthusiasts, from the night time ERT on EVERY RIDE, to drink vouchers, and the walk backs, you couldn’t beat the price. Those sliders are hilarious, Iron Rattler will have you tired from walking up those damn steps lol, nice seeing you too! That lounge was a lifesaver as well, Dr Diabolical has great theming, and Myles hate for 4D Freespins always makes me laugh lol, that Batman was good though! Joker had the best theming for a pendulum ride, great video, mines will be out soon.

The All Star lineup! Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Lots of laughs and great memories. Also, I started sweating and overheating just from watching this lol. Great video as always!

It derailed at the top of the chain left in the back cart getting dragged the entire way through And people on the chain said they smell fire and rubber getting burnt

I completely agree with you about how well this event ran. It was also my first time at a roller coaster event but it set the bar SO HIGH. You can really tell how much Jeffrey and all of the people working @ Fiesta Texas care. The park is STUNNING, and other than like, needing more shade because of the Texas heat, I had very little to complain about. The ERT and skip the line during the day for the event were absolutely busted. I’m glad all the people we met at the event were all so kind as well, including you. I hope to cross paths with you at another event!
