I took the Bullet Train from Taipei to Tainan. It took about 1.5 hours. If you take the normal train, it will be about 3.5 hours. I paid $68 dollars for a reserved seat in the business class. Today I went to Wufenpu. The wholesale garment district in Taipei, Taiwan. It's super accessible by metro/bus and I honestly couldn't recommend it more. I had a blast shopping.
