A few observations from a long time plower. A spinning tire(s) just glazes the snow into a polished icey surface. Ya can't spin the wheels and get much progress. The main issue with a center bladed snow plow, is that you have driven over the snow with the front wheels and packed it down, unlike a front bladed plow on a pick up or dump truck. If you have a diff lock or separate right and left brakes you should use them. They don't call them "road graders" because they are good at snow plowing. NOPE. That grade should really be running chains in the winter.
I don’t think this machine sees very much winter action or they would have proper winter tires or chains ,I am guessing they got caught in heavy snow and some smart boss thought this would be the answer graders work much better in culdesacs then trucks because of visibility been there done that feel bad for operator a lot of coffee shop wizards know more than he does
Maybe the driver didn’t expect that there was ice under a foot of snow!!! ??? Could have used the blade to push the snow and break the ice on the first run. Then reversed out and reversed back down and then extended the blade (left or right) to clear the road. Also noticed a good neighbour had cleared his driveway with a humble shovel. Bravo there! It's obvious that the driver is new ( like we all were or gonna be at some point in our lives) or ther is a problem with the diff lock and he or she is making the best of a bad sitution. I'm 45 yrs old and gonna learn how to drive a grader this year. Never stop learning.

Wouldn’t matter what pressure was in those tires they are for dirt or gravel not heavy packing snow I feel bad for the operator to be sent out in those conditions with that thing

geez I use a motor grader for snow removal with no 6wd and don't have this kind of trouble. I am curious on how much air pressure he is running.
