Your hair turned out so good! I appreciate your honesty about mental and financial struggles. I definitely notice that, for me, when I struggle financially (which I have been for years now) my mental health takes a nosedive. Just the constant struggle and not being able to afford the basics really takes a toll. You can never fully relax. Which sucks. So, good for you for going to therapy, trying new sports to see what you like and for taking care of yourself by dying your hair!

I'm happy that the video ended well and that you enjoy the result. But don't forget that dyes are chemicals, and unless you're a professional chemist (or a certified air stylist), you shouldn't mix chemicals because they could react badly. You could have burnt your scalp or ruin your hair. (yes, I know I sound like an unsollicited mother but what you did was really dangerous, and I have the impression you were not aware of it)

I always think of what recharges my battery when I think of introversion vs extroversion. For me, I like being around people but it drains my battery. Being alone recharges it. It sounds like you may be an ambivert, which is a combination of the two.

Erin - so sorry to hear you've been experiencing PMDD. I recently got diagnosed with that as well, which helped me to better understand that ny mood swings are related to my cycle. It's a miserable 2-3 weeks of rage, intense fatigue & mood swings, and depression. Being a woman is so hard sometimes! I think a life reset was a good way to heal/recover. It is really difficult to deal with while also trying to be a functioning adult, so you're not alone. Kudos to your therapist for telling you about the 7 types of rest. I tell my clients the same thing; it is especially needed for neurodivergent people (like myself). Take care xx

A couple of days ago I had to survive 24h with an empty fridge so I had to get only dinner and breakfast with no leftovers - what I bought (fuck logic) - instant noodle, a bottle of water and a pack of chips. Like...why me? haha

I love the enclosed kitchen and the curved windows, but not the placement of the bed. My 1st choice would be a Murphy Bed, if not, then the bed against the wall facing the windows with open shelving surrounding it to sepatate it in its own space while still allowing it a view of the windows. I would also create a curved window seat in front of the windows with a potted tree on either side to give the feal of a balcony. This apartment has so many plusses to it.😊

Your ceiling is so high. It looks like the plant is on a corner shelf. I would bring that down also and the print behind your sofa is do lonely. Im a designer and the sectional which i like has a lower back so you need to bring wall decor down somewhat and put several more things on the wall with your print.

Can you float the couch and move it from the wall? If you put the couch opposite your bed with the back facing your bed would give more of a visual divide from the bedroom/ living room
